There is so much intention in this property and it can be felt in all the smallest details. The staff were so kind and helpful, above and beyond customer service. Clean with very comfy beds. Super happy with the high quality and great variety of breakfast options.

My recent four-night stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing, especially considering the $480 price tag for one room for 3 ppl an only for 4 nights. Upon checking in, our first room reeked of stale cigarettes, despite the hotel charging extra for non-smoking rooms. To make matters worse, the shower handle broke. We requested a room change, and while the second room didn't smell as bad, it was far from clean. The floors were so dirty that walking barefoot or in socks left our feet black. The shower had hair on the walls from previous guests, and the shower curtain was stained and had what appeared to be boogers on it. The walls had snot marks, possibly from pets, and the sinks, floors, and even the bedsheets were stained. Everything felt grimy, and the windows were dirty. While the beds were comfortable, the overall impression was more like a motel than a hotel, and certainly not worth the high price. The complimentary breakfast was also subpar; the bagels tasted stale, and the offerings were generally unappetizing. Room service was only available upon request, and one morning at 9 AM, someone started banging on our door. They then unlocked it and entered while we were still sleeping, just to ask if we wanted towels or room service. This was a completely inappropriate intrusion. The only positive aspect of our stay was the free parking. Otherwise, this was a thoroughly unpleasant experience that I would not recommend.

Great location. Minutes from the university of Oregon and Bushnell University. Clean grounds, with various food establishments within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. Free parking. Elevators if needed, but walk mostly walk ups, up to 2 flights of stairs. Pet friendly

We usually stay here every time we visit Eugene. Location is great and it's walking distance to the Onsen hot tubs. Clean, quiet and pet friendly.

Room was clean, staff was very nice and the breakfast was solid!

Sitting Area with smores Happy Hour great touch. Breakfast selections and in room coffee were both top notch. Staff is Friendly, helpful and warm cookies are a nice welcoming touch. Worked perfectly for our needs, quick access to freeways, venues and dining. We'll be back. Thank you for a real Great Time!

Enjoyed the local coffee, breakfast items and cookies . Awesome location for any campus visit.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way with little extras to make the stay better. An example would be fresh baked cookies at reception. I had a four-night stay there and I'll stay there again.

Across the street from the basketball arena and 2 doors down from Tracktown Pizza, perfect location to walk the campus. Football stadium a 15 min walk as was Hayward Field. Did not rent a car on my trip and this hotel put me in perfect spot. Breakfast was a little underwhelming at times but overall would stay here again and again.
