Enjoyed the balcony facing the creek

We love this hotel. Great location, clean and new amenities and a wonderful pool! The breakfast isn’t great—Cisco fake food—but everything else is top notch.

Nice clean property with plenty of parking. Hotel bar was great and the breakfast bar was good. Close proximity to U of O which is walking distance.

Some of the buildings don't have elevator.if it wasn't for that I would have given it 5 stars.

The breakfast was outstanding. The parking spaces were tight! The pool was waaay too far away. I didn’t want to walk across 3 parking lots to get to it. People were loud near us, but in the room it was quiet enough. The room seemed clean, but the extra security door lock was broken. The bed was comfortable for both of us and I have all kinds of back problems. Watch out for the makeup wipes—my eyes and face were burning so I had to wash it all off.

We were there for 4 days and never had room service. I can see the next day after you check in,but not the whole time,

I liked the location, the happy hour, the A/C, the breakfast, and the spacious room and bathroom. I didn't like the overall smell to the room or the patio. The patio smelled like old alcohol/frat house. The "river view" was really more like a "small trickling dirty stream view" but I did enjoy the trees all around.

Good hotel but check your rates. I used Expedia to book where I was quoted a price and when I checked in, different price was given. Price was adjusted after I showed my quoted price. Just FYI

The indoor pool and gym are very clean. Our room was clean. Balcony was a nice touch.

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, beds were comfortable and spacious. We were in Franklin and had a cute little balcony, which was great. Microwave and fridge in room, walkable to UO, terrific. 4 stars instead of 5 because of dirty washcloth and hair in the bathroom.

Excellent breakfast, very nice room. Wish they had an elevator but staff helped carry our bags up the stairs. One light didn’t work or I would have rated them excellent on maintenance. The pillows were all very fat- I prefer a variety to work for all users.

This has quickly become one of our most favourite places to stay. Great location and very friendly staff! We he bar is great and the breakfast is pretty decent as well!

A very tasteful and contemporary lobby. Rooms and bathrooms were modern and very clean. The included breakfast was a bit better than most, but not exceptional in any way.

The hotel is very clean and new. Front desk staff was awesome and kids enjoyed the pool. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, kids missed waffles since there were no option. Overall I would recommend it. Great staff and place.
