The room was clean, it was I expected for what was advertised and what I paid for. The man that checked me in was beyond friendly (as to be expected in Elkins, WV). The hotel was quiet and conveniently located for my trip. Definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay! The front desk receptionist was very helpful in suggesting a nearby great restaurant. We enjoyed there 2 meals in 2 days! The hotel was clean and adequate for our needs.

I liked the air conditioner wasn't blowing on the beds it was towards the bottom of the bed. The bathroom was clean. Having a few hangers was helpful. Whatever orange juice you are using, please keep!! I also would prefer a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes especially if you want us to use the towels for 3 showers. Breakfast was a little better than the one in Summersville. At least it had biscuits and gravy. Would have preferred eggs and sausage patties.

Everything was okay. Nothing was spectacular. It was exactly what I expected for the money and for a Super 8. My only complaint is that it smelled so bad like marijuana that there is no way the staff couldn't know someone was smoking it in a room. I've been experienced this a lot in hotels lately. I don't care that anyone smokes, to each their own, but not in a non-smoking hotel where it bothers others.

I frequent the Elkins area at least one weekend a month. This is the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel and it was the best experience I’ve had out of all by far. Well lit outdoors, friendly staff, ample parking, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and breakfast offered daily. Will definitely be my new go-to stay when I return.
