Overall the stay was a bit disappointing. All the computers were down on the day of Check-in (Friday July 31 2026) so it was a VERY long wait to get into my two already reserved, pre-paid for rooms. Staff seemed mostly unbothered & wasn’t really talking much to the guests waiting, which was a bit frustrating. I have to mention that the lobby area was extremely hot & didn’t seem to have much AC going, which made it all more miserable. I assume the computer system starting working again later that night as I was called by the front desk staff around 10:00pm to confirm which of my “party” were in which room (although I watched them write it down when we were finally issued our room keys cards) & then I was called again at 10:30pm to request I come down to put a credit card in the system, understandable that a card needs to be on file, but I was traveling with two very young children so to call my room that late and wake everyone up twice was absolutely ridiculous. Later the next night I needed an extra roll of toilet paper, no one was at the front desk, I called out a “Hello”, but got no answer. After roughly 10 minutes the front desk phone rang then a staff member magically appeared from the back area. The water pressure of the shower was horrible & actually cut out more than once during my shower. The “breakfast buffet” was high priced & looked un-appetizing. All that being said the only positives were the common areas & our rooms were clean upon arrival. Would not stay again.

We booked an ADA walk in shower accessible for family we were traveling with. When we arrived computers were down, didn’t no when we could check in. I was told to check back in an hour. Now they guarantee 3 pm check in. I called back and at 6 pm she asked if I was on the list. Earlier when I was present there was no list. Do I hit on the list to get checked in and once again told to wait or call back. I reminded her we needed ada shower room she said ok. At 10pm I got to my room. No walk in shower and mind you the room is on 3rd floor all the way down the hall with a person on oxygen and walker. How do you think our stay went. The lobby was hot. We had family visit and it was horribly uncomfortable and unpleasant. No comp was offered only sorry our computers were down. Strike 2 Hilton. Never again.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. There were some issues that of corrected would be much appreciated by guests. First, the water pressure in the room was terrible. It was an awful shower experience. Second, the lobby is large and great for gathering with groups. However, the microwave for the lobby was broken and temperature in the lobby was approaching 90° the whole time we were there. Management advised that both items were known issues and would be addressed at some point.

Everything was nice

The staff is nice , however the room was not very clean . Condensation rings from drinks were present on several surfaces with dust present underneath the vanity and on the back of the toilet tank. No additional toilet paper or blankets were present. The room and bed were comfortable and felt clean. We were able to get a good nights sleep. The breakfast bar required a payment so we skipped that.

Nice , clean, modern hotel. Rooms were clean and convenient parking. Was close to the establishment I was going business with.

Reserved a specific type of room and was told it was not available when I arrived. Substitute was unacceptable. Was also overcharged.

This visit was terrible. The other guests making noise in the hallway until 2a.m. was horrible. We might look for lodging elsewhere on our next visit.
