They don’t help recover lost items

Just do NOT book, unless you stay for a 1 night and need to be close to the airport. Staff was friendly and parking OK, but property has A LOT to improve. Pricey hotel for the property. Breakfast far from expected. Room had not pots to cook, rusty utensils, dirty couch and bugs eating the cabinets in the kitchen and washrooms, there is no room service going to the rooms. Just not worthy. If you have light sleep, avoid it if possible (you will hear airplanes every day, sometimes at night).

Bugs!! Tiny mite looking bugs and roaches. Minimal bathroom towels. No face towels available.

The only upside was breakfast was convenient.

Facility was a bit dated

The place had mold and stains on the carpet . When you walked in you could smell the mold in the apartment

The peacefulness. The planes and the trains was very relaxed to me. The rooms are old and furniture is worn down and there are bugs (beetles) as well as no wash clothes. The pool and jacuzzi was disgusting haven't been clean in ages.

Rooms were cleaned. Parking included. there was not enough towels in the room and bed clothes/curtains were not in the best conditions, could see a few holes in several of them.

Everything needed repairs, and the water of the pool was green.

Maintenance on the property is lacking. We took a video of our room to ensure we are not charged for any incidentals. Overall I guess the facility is ok

However on speaking with the front desk we were able to get a new room which is much better. I do appreciate the staff for being willing to help. I think if the rooms are cleaned regularly the rooms would be better. I didn’t enjoy the breakfast did most of our breakfast in our room. Grateful to front desk for being accommodating. Maintenance is really lacking.

Nothing the moment I walked into the lobby the place smelled horrible but I still had hope. The staff were very unpleasant. The place is invested with bedbugs the room was filthy. The bathtub really dirty, even the shower head very disgusting it’s just too many things to list. We had to check out earlier because we got eaten alive by bedbugs and are still suffering from the effects we throw away our clothes that we brought with us. Ours bodies are still in torment from the bedbugs bite. It’s none stop itching and burning this was the worst experience ever.

No tengo muy buena opinión de allí no en todo los sentido . La relación del personal de la carpeta no resuelve tus inquietudes la habitación en el que estabas me la entregaron con algunos defectos

The WiFi was unbearable slow. The queen bed in our room didn’t even have a headboard.

Conveniently located Rooms are a little outdated Could use some updating Bed mattress very old
