El aire acondicionado del cuarto no bajo a menos de 75F. No quiso bajar y la cuenta estaba todo incluido y nos trataron de cobrar por error el desayuno.

The service and property all together was excellent! I love the room the house keepers come clean the bathroom while you gone the snacks are already in the room with pricing if you eat or drink anything the patio door lets out to the pool water clean and nice and quiet bar service was great !

The hotel was spotless and smelled like a luxurious spa upon entry. The staff were kind, consistent and very helpful. Housekeeping was thorough. We arrived before check in time and were allowed an early check in at no cost. Breakfast was exceptional every morning. The pool was always warm and inviting. They even provided SPF and Aloe Vera lotion. The gym was well equipped. There was a shuttle to take you to Dolphin Mall. The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walking distance from Doral Central Park and there's a bus stop right outside of the hotel which makes accessing public transportation easy. Nothing. Everything was wonderful.
