Room was clean but smelt like armpit, the tv remote wouldn’t work for the tv and the ac didn’t work at all. So it was kinda miserable and felt like I would have a better expirence just sleeping out in my vehicle

The bed is the cheap Amazon bed frame with a very cheap mattress on top if you’re looking for a good night sleep wrong place

No coffee station no blinks no tawel

Nice, clean, secure ,and basic. Intended more for true extended stays like temperary out-of-town work assignments. Bed was decent but firm. Pillows were thin. And bed linens were sub Walmart quality. Things I would expect to be in a hotel room weren't there. Such as a coffee maker. Two towels in bathroom which you could exchange at the front desk for fresh ones.

Location of the hotel was excellent The first room I was given was dirty and clean. The second room had no towels or face cloth, and the floor was very sticky.

I did not appreciate being forced to check out because. It was said staff did not like me. There was never anyone at the desk in the evenings the attendant mostly smoked outside while people waited at the desk. Every time I left and returned to my room it smelled of stale men’s cologne. Several times when trying to exchange linen for fresh linen staff attempted to give me dirty linen of course I didn’t accept it, it resulted in me giving them the linen I already had an waiting for them to launder that. I requested my floor to be moped one time and that never happened The staff is horrible!!!!!!!

Shower has deluge head on the ceiling and telephone style hand piece. OK but not great. Weird things -- there is no flat surface in the shower to put soap or shampoo. The refrigerator is against a wall on the left side but the hinges are on the right, so it is difficult to get things out of it (probably impossible in a wheelchair). Also, the galley sink is next to the refrigerator, so you have to go farther to take things our of the refrigerator and put them down. Poor design. There is a comfortable reading chair on the far side of the bed, but no reading light so it is useless unless moved around the bed. Shower curtain is not long enough, so much of the bathroom floor gets wet. Nonetheless, a good value for the low price.

Check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 5:30 pm and was told our room wouldn’t be ready for maybe another 20-30 mins. We were from out of town and needed space to get ready for a concert we were attending. I had asked to use a bathroom since we didn’t have a room available. Front desk woman was extremely rude, unapologetic and basically said we are down housekeepers, like it was our problem for booking there. She lets us use the employee bathroom and hauled our stuff back to the vehicle. Unfortunately our dinner leftovers were wasted over this. We check back in from the concert and was given the keys (we’re hoping fresh start). Our room had zero towels so I walked back down to the desk. The man working was flirting with another guest that had more priority. He brings up towels 20 mins later and they’re completely dirty, dingy and stained. Mind you our room had hair all over and dirty bathroom. We checked out today and no one at the front desk. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this establishment ever again.

The location and kindness of the staff They were out of toilet paper for over 24 hours. Frequently out of towels, no dishess for the kitchen despite being advertised and no soap in bathroom upon arrival
-
I’ve stayed here numerous times with no problems, but this particular time. The room was disgusting, sheets dirty i had to cancel my stay. I will never come back. And i haven’t received a refund or heard from the shift manager. Very unprofessional.
