The room was ok but the bathroom sink drained very slowly and the faucet handle was broken I could turn the water on and off but never had hot water. Also the parking situation was terrible. There weee two lots next to the hotel but they had strange hours and there was parking on the street with meters that you had to check on every 2 hours Unless it was after 6 pm or the weekend if you could find a spot. Not sure I would recommend this place.

Exceptional

All parking is done by Valet. Although it was quick and the attendant was great, I hate not having the option to park my own car. Its location is downtown which is not the best or worst. I always expect the best from Hampton hotels and this Hampton is average due to its location/ parking situation.
-
a bit off the main path from downtown
-
Safe reliable parking, gym, free breakfast, clean hotel 20 min walk from my event. Only stayed 1 night.
-
Very nice clean and good service There’s nothing to not like about it
-
The Continental breakfast had a nice variety. They did not respond to my messages or concerns through the Expedia app. The pool was ok, but I could feel grit on the bottom like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while.
-
Loction 2 night stay no service to our room.
-
I like how quiet the room was. The hotel was a good distance from Coors Field. The breakfast was good and went till 10am, which is nice for late sleepers. The beds were comfortable. There was only 1 elevator. It could have been cleaner and kept up better. The bathrooms need updating with fans. The pillows need upgrading.

great stay

expensive for an average hotel

I liked Rosanna (I hope that’s your name!) She’s very nice and excellent front desk assistance! One of the elevators was broken. It’s not anybody’s fault but it was inconvenient during breakfast
-
Comfy and big room, everything was clean and in order. The walls are perfectly insulated and you don't hear noises from outside. The breakfast was excellent with many different choices. The location is also excellent, since the hotel is in downtown. Nothing, everything was fine.
-
How accommodating the staff were We had a reservation and the lady at the front desk couldn’t find our reservation. She did accommodate us and knocked a couple dollars from our original price but we chose not to stay there due to the lack of a pool.

Loved the breakfast and location
-
Great location to downtown and price was good! The elevators was out for a whole day and we were on the 6th floor! I just had surgery 6 weeks prior so going up the stairs was not fun!

Overall a good experience
-
My only issue was the chlorination of the pool - my eyes were burning fairly quickly. Other than that a good place to stay and one I would consider if I return to Denver.
-
I was pleased with the breakfast and the fact that the room stayed cod the whole time. They were down to one elevator, and that one was shaky and a bit unnerving. Also the first night when they checked on me they said they’d send things up I needed that never arrived. However next day I let them know and they honored my request for late checkout so it helped.
