Everything was great here, aside from the parking. Check-In was easy, breakfast was great. The rooms were quiet, the pool was nice, and the staff was extremely friendly.

This place was amazing. We debated staying closer to Chicago, but we felt like we were getting "more bang for our buck" at this hotel, and boy were we right! We could not believe how nice this hotel was for the price. The made-to-order breakfast each day was delicious, and the cocktail hour with free drinks and appetizers was a great bonus! The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The suite offered a lot of space for the two of us. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The room was clean and organized

The hotel has good access to I-94 and 294, as well as to local shops. The breakfast buffet is nice and for a family of five, being able to stay in one room without sacrificing the quality of sleep is important while traveling.

We stay here twice a year for our show we are vendors for. Each stay is always terrific. Clean and comfortable, well maintained, friendly staff and breakfast is always amazing. The lobby area is perfect for groups to hang out in, in the evening and have a drink if that is your thing. The restaurant is always good. I haven't ordered anything I haven't liked. I will always recommend.

I first called the front desk to have the toilet cleaned, which they sent someone up to do. After that, I was sick to my stomach and got my room switched, unfortunately, to a first floor room with more carpet stains than I have seen in my life. Walls are paper thin so I heard the family next to mine yelling at each other at 11 pm and could hear the entirety of the breakfast areas conversations and silverware crackling/scratching. Good luck to anyone who stays here.

Excellent breakfast with lots of fresh options.

Great front desk staff and breakfast personnel. Comfortable beds, relatively quiet once guests settled in for the night. The brand design - a top to bottom open atrium with no sound deadening - was not a good design choice but is the brand. However, guests seem to understand and quiet down about 11. Made to order omelettes is a nice breakfast option and the separate bedroom/sitting room in each suite is ideal for longer stays.

The staff were overall friendly and helpful. And it seemed decently clean. There were a few missing amenities that would had made the stay more comfortable. Also the food tasted mostly good but a few could had more portion or maybe lower the price somewhat for them. The waitress for Sunday was very kind.

Location and room was spacious. Room was dirty. Shower was awful. Bed was very uncomfortable.
