Hilton Vacation Club Daytona Beach Regency

Our room had a terrible chemical odor that was unbearable. We were there for a quick trip for a funeral so didn’t have time to deal with room switching. Our TV didn’t work and same… no time to deal with it and worst of all during a hard rain the window was leaking…water was pouring in. Again it was late at night and couldn’t deal with it. The property was otherwise nice. The pool and beach access was also nice. The rooms need help.

Rooms clean. Staff is great. Location is great.

The staff was awesome and when asked for something it was sent RIGHT UP!! The room was clean and smelled good. And the staff texted every day to make sure your stay was up to par

I was charged for a king size bed and balcony. What we received was a queen bed and no balcony.

It was a great stay. I enjoyed the pool and the bar a lot. Excellent location right on the beach. I do think the immediate timeshare pressure is too much though. I was going for a nice night with friends and ended up doing something I did not want to do. I wasn’t expecting a car salesman experience. It was my own fault for falling for it but I just wanted to hang with my friends.

Room had horrible smell , call front desk only came in to spray air freshener . Smell continue in the room , requested another room never got manager to trim . Very disappointed Bessie I have stayed here over the years . Very bad experience

No beach front balcony

If you get a suite with two beds there will be two heavy doors that will not stay open separating the two living spaces. Basically trying to turn two rooms into one but poorly executed. The hallways are very loud all night. The room had a view of the neighboring building trash collection area and parking garage. Delivery vechiles came and went 24/7. Cars in the parking garage was very noisy. There are only 2 elevators for 12 floors. You are left waiting forever. The whole second check in desk to get your parking pass is just them trying to solicit you while holding you hostage. The pool slide for the kids is the only reason we chose to stay here. Will not return.

Our suite was wonderful and service was great. This is our second time here and hope to visit again next summer.
