Comfort Inn & Suites Daytona Beach Oceanfront

Was not informed of a parking fee of 55 dollars. Should have been included or posted when booking the room!

Could use a little TLC. Nothing major. Sitting area in room no couch or furniture in that area. Balcony use a little TLC. Over all good stay. Staff was great. Pool needs some new lounges. Rips in the chairs. Beach view and location Great. Breakfast was Breakfast. Just some TLC.

We loved the view from our room of the beach. We also loved our little kitchen which was handy if you wanted to cook anything. We also liked the fact we could walk to the places we wanted to go to, so no need to rent a Uber on our stay. The lady at the front desk was very friendly.

It was nice stepping out to beautiful pool and down the deck directly on the water. Had issues with super loud and rowdy guests till 130 am the first night but overall if the chance to return presents, would definitely go back.

Not the nicest hotel but great pool/beach and staff is helpful.

The balcony view was everything. The room was clean and the amenities were readily available. The water pressure was perfect and the pool was clean and cared for. There was an awesome daily breakfast. Beach access and walkable to food and entertainment.

Upon check-in, staff was loudly announcing to the lobby full of people waiting to check in that their dryers were broke and bedding could not be washed and dried to turn the rooms over for us all to check-in. There was no solution provided, no assistance in getting accommodations at another property or no help at all. Luckily we were able to walk down the street a couple of 100 yards and find a hotel that did have same day availability that treated us very well. It is understandable that things happen and not having sheets turned over is unacceptable but offer something some solution to the problem. Employees working there just seemed stiff and out of touch with guest experience. Maybe having a member of management on site to assist would help.

El hotel tiene una vista a la playa maravillosa, precio muy bueno, tiene algunos problemas de estética, por ejemplo el cesto del baño roto y oxidado pero buena limpieza, buena atención. Me gustó!!!

Great

Terrible service at the front desk. We also had a leak above the shower from the room above us and water was coming in from the bottom of the main door and flooding the room. The property and room were also very dirty and not well maintained. It was not a great experience to say the least.

Clean room, good staff, confort outdoor pool.

The location, breakfast and attendant 3 inch cock roaches all week in the room. $85 unexpected charge just to park at the hotel. Young black girl in front desk was rude. Set the wrong tone. Pool was out of compliance and filthy.

Everything Nothing disliked

I loved the view. Staff was very friendly. It stormed while we were there and knocked the TV out on the second night of storms. But we can't predict the weather.

Arrived Friday a little after noon. Checked in okay and went to our room. Found one bath towel, 2 wash clothes and a towel (?) for on the floor in front of the shower. The safe was open and not working. I went to the desk and asked for more towels and to have the safe working. They couldn't fix the safe because there is a piece of equipment needed and their's was broken. Went out to eat and went to the concert in the band shell. Got back about 900 PM and no towels had been delivered. I went back to the desk and asked about the towels and she said she would have housekeeping bring them to us. 1100 PM no towels we showered and shared the towel. We got up about 800 AM and found water on the floor in front of both doors. Had to use our only bath towel to try and get the water contained. Stopped at the desk about 830 AM and told them NO towels and water on the floor. Response "when it rains the water gets blown in the bottom of the doors." I asked to have the floor mopped and some TOWELS placed in our room. The Saturday night concert was rained out and we returned about 800 PM. Floor was completely flooded and NO FRESH TOWELS. Went to the desk AGAIN and was told she would have towels sent up. I offered to meet whoever this person was and he/she could give me the towels so I could take them to the flooded room we were staying in. She said that was not allowed (remember our floor was flooded and our towels were already wet.) We never received any thing. I'm at the end of my time!!!
