The location of this property was excellent! For us everything was within walking distance. We were allowed to check in early since we had tickets to the Lamb's Theater and our room was ready. The only thing I would request next time would be a room further away from Orange Ave. Orange Ave is the main street in Coronado and the cars and motorcycles were loud this morning. Would have liked to sleep in, but that didn't work out because of the traffic noise. Other than that, our stay was excellent!

The rooms were old and outdated. The parking was limited but the location was nice. Really expensive for what you get. The bed was hard and the pillows warn out. I will not be staying there again.

Convenient location for us. First night had smelly room, transferred to another room which was suitable over the pervious one. Premises need upgrading in and out. Room ac units need upgraded or filter changes. Excellent staff; shout out to Alex and the others.

A boutique hotel and property, needing some upgrades and updating. Was convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The provided breakfast had decent variety, was hot and presented nicely.

Value for money, fantastic location. Comfortable, quiet room. We stayed in the original Mansion and its old world feel is great. Breakfast was provided.

Raj was amazing at taking care of me. And the rest of the staff was very helpful. There’s a lot to see and do around there.

The property has a charming appeal and the staff is world-class, but the property is in need of some maintenance and upgrades. We stayed in the Penthouse. View was phenomenal, but the fixtures in the suite needs to be replaced. Terrace provided great views, but also needs to be repaired and refreshed.

Beware if you book this hotel through Expedia, you'll get the lesser quality rooms and not the rooms that are shown on the website. You need to ask for the rooms in the "mansion" part of the hotel otherwise you'll get a room like the one we stayed. Parking is also an issue. The spots are super tiny and I don't believe they had enough spots for the quests. They were kind and refunded our resort fee, which not really sure what justified having a resort fee, and also refunded one night of our stay, (we were booked for 3 nights). They were apologetic and said they have been trying to get this part of the hotel updated since Covid but it's been slow going. I don't believe that is any excuse for having dirty rooms and insects.

Conveniently located on the beautiful Coronado Island, Glorietta is a charming hotel with the necessary amenities and AMAZING staff. Property does have some old features. Bathrooms could use some upgrades.
-
The inside was ok, kind of older. The bathroom was the worst. Drain cover in the bathtub was broken. When I tried to put it back in, there was hair in the drain. There was hair and debris on the shower walls and ledges. The sink looked as it had not previously wiped/cleaned out. When trying to hang my towel the rack keep falling on the ground. When I turned on the light in bathroom, the wall switch was visibly dirty with dirty finger prints present. My daughter’s bed had hair in it.

Not as nice as the photos make it seem. Small outdated rooms.

Love staying here. Great location, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Love that we can check out all the beach equipment for the kids.
-
Staff was great. Breakfast and wifi included, the breakfast was really good. The hotel is right across street from beach and they had umbrella and chairs we could use.
-
Close to the beach and all shopping and dining.
-
Wonderful place, staff, location and breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Location excellent. Rooms can be updated but the room was clean. I had to pay for early check in. If a room is available early then why do you charge?

Our stay was very enjoyable and nice. However I believe that the shampoo was filled with body wash. The sliding door was very hard to use and do not lock at all. My understanding was we would be in a newly remodeled room which was not the case.
