Overall it was a wonderful stay! Things are a bit outdated - the A/C's weren't the best but rooms were clean & very spacious. You can hear EVERYTHING elsewhere so sleeping in is basically impossible. The location is excellent.

The shower was broken and we forgot to tell them. Didn't wanna change the room so we just delt with it

The property was very clean and well maintained. It’s a little further from the pier than I wanted but still within walking distance.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, the property is well maintained and the menus are plentiful!

Property was so old that the wood in the bathrooms had termite damage and chips No complimentary breakfast instructions and it was confusing as to what was inclusive

many shops and restaurants. Only thing I wished was that there was a shaded area around the pool. We will definitely stay there again .

I booked a room with a balcony. It had a nice view, though I barely had time to enjoy it! The restaurant served an awesome breakfast. The complimentary Splash Harbour Water Park tickets from the hotel were an unexpected bonus, and we had so much fun going there!
