Clearwater Beach Hotel

The price was reasonable without losing too much comfort. Our stay was quiet at night.

Room was clean and smelled nice, staff was polite and overall great experience. It is just a short distance from the beach, less than a 5 mins walk

Everything is perfect

The location is fantastic. Unfortunately the attendance was rude. I ask for a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor and she said that because I have the room trough here, I couldn't have one. Then I complained about the stinky sheets (like vomit) and she said there wasn't no one to give me clean ones. That she will give me the key of a room so I could go and undress a bed to use those. I told her no. 20 minutes later one of the personal came with some. Very disappointed!

My stay was mediocre. I won’t be booking there again. It started off with room not being ready. I got to the room and the key wouldn’t work. I was on the 4th floor. So had to go back carrying all my stuff back down. They fixed it. During my stay, I had to go down 4 times for them to reset card. They told me anything electronic near card will de magnetize it. I’ve never experienced at any hotel that you can’t have your phone, etc near the card. So that was a huge pain going up and down. Got into my room and the plug ins by the nightstand didn’t work. I could only use outlet on lamp. When I checked in, I was told they don’t check the room and if I needed something done to let them know. I let them know when needed trash emptied. It took 2 days to get that done. There are 2 pool signs which neither of them are correct. One says open dawn to dusk. One says 7am to 10pm. However, I went down at 9am and it was locked. Staff told me it doesn’t open until 10. Two of the times my door card had to be reset, staff was rude. I was standing at counter (no one in line) and didn’t acknowledge me. Then she said “what do u want”? There was hair in shower and not clean and in sink upon checking in. The air was great. On my last day, they had came in and made bed, emptied trash and bed was nicely made and room cleaned and bathroom. Some staff were very nice, others not so much. The pictures when booking are very deceiving of the actual property. The beach is a 5 min walk, not 1 min.

Everything was fine..only thing I did not like was that room or front desk did not have have safe for valuables..Room was very clean, air conditioning perfect, staff pleasant..

For the price is ok

It was a nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable. We walked to the beach and shopping places. I would stay there again.

Very convenient location for the beach and dine; the staff allowed me to extend my stay past the checkout time. The room is fine for the price and has what is needed for a short stay.

Staff was terrific! The place could use some updates but it was still very clean.

Overall good, just not enough shampoo, towels, and soap.

Unfortunately, we had a pretty significant issue during our stay. It started raining heavily at night, and our room had multiple leaks. Water was dripping in several areas and the floor ended up very wet. The humidity inside the room was also extremely high, even with the AC running, which made the room uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The moisture was actually so bad that I even had trouble charging my phone. There was also quite a bit of noise from people outside during the night, although I understand that this isn’t necessarily something the hotel can control. My other disappointment was the customer service at the front desk. The staff members I interacted with were not particularly friendly or helpful. Even when I asked to borrow something as simple as a pen, they were unwilling to help. I think a warmer and more welcoming attitude would make a big difference, especially in hospitality. Aside from the issues with the rain, humidity, and front desk service, the rest of our stay was fine. I just wish the room had been better maintained and the overall hospitality had been a little better.
