The location was great. They have valet parking, or you can park your car. Close to restaurants and nightlife. The staff was available if needed. The only minor issues were a broken iron (but it worked) and a personal item left in the room that was overlooked, but they did not take away from the experience of sleeping in a comfortable bed. The room had a spacious fridge, which was appreciated.

I was not happy with the front desk telling me that my room was not ready yet, but multiple people were given room keys before us! Also they could of fixed the peeling headboard on the bed.

The hotel was beautiful They didn't have parking. The elevators didn't work, we had to use the service elevator. They gave us someone else's room, so they walked in as we were unpacking. Most staff was friendly but the one that wasnt outshined the good. The hotel was musty.

Location to the city centre and airport One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had Oh boy, where do I even start? I hated almost everything about our stay at this hotel. First, look at the photo from our room. Our window was directly facing enormous rooftop HVAC/cooling units that seemed to be running 24/7. The constant mechanical noise was ridiculous. Imagine paying for a hotel room and then trying to sleep next to what sounds like industrial machinery all night. Unfortunately, the room itself wasn’t much better. It had a damp, musty, almost mouldy smell from the moment we entered. The minibar/fridge was completely empty, yet it made another constant annoying noise throughout the night. There weren’t even slippers provided. The kitchen amenities were poor and the whole room felt tired, unpleasant and nowhere near the standard I would expect from a Regency hotel. Then there was the reception experience, which was frankly terrible. When we checked in, the receptionist specifically told us that everything in the minibar was included with the room. Great, except there was literally NOTHING in the minibar. The final straw was our last night. We had an extremely early departure and called reception specifically to request a 3:15 AM wake-up call. They confirmed it. The call NEVER came. Thankfully we had our own alarms set, because otherwise relying on the hotel could have caused us to miss our flight. A wake-up call is one of the most basic hotel services imaginable. If you accept the request, you need to actually make the call. Between the industrial noise outside the window, the noisy empty fridge, the damp/musty room, poor amenities, misleading information at check-in and a completely missed wake-up call, this stay was an absolute disappointment. I would not stay here again and absolutely cannot recommend it.

Very convenient to what our plans were Room was a bit dark, no hand soap in the bathroom, pillows were flat

The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The AC was very good. A little expensive, especially parking.
