Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Downtown

The bistro restaurant inside the hotel was really good, especially the chicken! The staff throughout the hotel was also very friendly and welcoming. My only complaints were that the room could have been a little cleaner and a little bigger for the price, but it wasn’t too bad, especially for a one-person stay. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend the Courtyard by Marriott to anyone traveling to Cincinnati. The location, friendly staff, and walkability made it a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Beds- Amazing. Staff- Amazing.

The AC is VERY LOUD in the rooms. We had several rooms with our group and everyone said the same thing. The TV was even hard to hear without it being UP!! We had asked for rooms next door or near each other and were told on the phone that would be fine, but were given rooms 10 floors apart when we arrived. The guy “fixed it” and we were a floor apart

I will say though, wish they had a 2 bed option that was available, because that pull-out couch is not kind to you next day

Good selection, didn’t take too ling Room was not ready at 4pm and there were many people ahead of us also waiting. The manager did apologize a lot and offered us beverages while we waited. But it was very frustrating to have to sit and wait after an 8 hour drive Must be a better way to get the rooms turned over in a timely manner The staff was great

The breakfast was very good and the server was excellent From the moment we entered our room (1008) I could tell the AC unit wasn't working.. After having an HVAC man try to get our unit working it ran for a short while and then over the night it wasn't puting out cold air. Then, this morning we did not have a working unit. A nice man came by twice and tried to fix it but no luck. I called to the front desk to see if they could find another room but was told she would see... After 3-4 hours no one called and we decided to go home. The manager at the front desk was very nice and said she would find us another room but we decided to go home. I hope we will be credited back to my charge card for this terrible experience. My card ending in9133 was used. My Bonvoy number is 793235608, Sincerely, Dr. Mark J. Schulte

Location was great. Check in was suppose to be 4, but rooms were not ready till after 5. This happen to about 15 didn’t people.

Hallways and stairways not air conditioned so it was muggy and uncomfortable when not in the room or lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
