Location and that’s it

Breakfast could be better.

Staff was great

Standard clean hotel room, limited breakfast buffet but is okay since it came with the booking. Would stay again.

The combination of location, quality of services, and price looks quite attractive. The room was quite large. Breakfast was minimal, but was included in the room rate. The bed was too soft to be comfortable. And the walls are too thin. I was regularly waked up by the outside noise.

The property cause use a lot of maintenance.

The staff is sooooo nice and they helped with accommodations. My family and I enjoyed our stay overall.

The room was absolutely fantastic. Lots of room; had everything we needed and more. My only complaint is the pillow were too soft, not enough support.

The location was great! However, the garage was a bit confusing. It’s not really worth the hassle of getting a garage pass if you’re just going to keep your car in the garage.

The front office associate was wonderful

Clean room, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, overall and good experience.

Easy check in and check out process. I did have a leak start the day before I checked out which maintenance didn’t get to. Other than that the room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the city on the 14th floor. Very friendly staff

The best thing about this place is the location. We loved being so close to restaurants and the navy pier. Unfortunately the hotel itself did not live up to our expectations. We arrived late and since you need a key to enter the hotel after 10pm we happened to get lucky a guest was also coming in if not we would have been stuck outside since there was no staff around. After finally checking in we got to our room and found enough towels for 2 people and no linens for the pull out couch. And we had someone trash still in the kitchenette. Our reservation was for a family of 4. We called down to the front desk to ask for linen but after waiting about 20min we just hung up and slept without them- not a very comfortable first night. Then the breakfast which is wildly raved on the website- had several issues. 1.It’s not nearly enough food or seating for the amount of people at the hotel. 2.If you get there 30min prior to it closing you might be lucky to find some dry cereal. 3.When items would run out and we would ask the staff if more was being brought out they always rudely said no.4.the waffle station which was a highlight for my son only had one machine working so again with the amount of guests there we often had to wait n a line for about 30min. 5. Breakfast closes early, 9on weekdays and10 on weekends so if you plan on being out late and sleeping in, u won’t make it.our room was not cleaned every other day as advertised. And if they did come they again only left towels for 2.

The queen size bed was so small more like a full size. I had to request another room which the receptionist took care of right away and upgraded to king size bed which was actually a queen size to me. The breakfast was good. The only thing I would recommend would be eggs, turkey sausage and potatoes included in the breakfast. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful.

I love that the property wasn’t too far from a lot of places. We walked almost everyday. Good bars in the area, shopping area close by. Decent location

The front lobby and outside hotel lounge were dirty. The breakfast was good and staff were nice.
