Unfortunately the pool, rooftop lounge, and fitness center were all closed during our stay. We did get a notice prior but I wish they had notified us earlier since it was less than a month when they sent me a message

Excellent location, near the restaurants and night activities. The Bigbus stop near the hotel to avoid long distance walking. The breakfast at the pizzeria Ora was delicious, faster and good prices. 100 % Recommended

Most furnishings in the room were top shelf. Lobby, elevators and restaurant were disjointed and not very nice. Hard to get around. Did not see a map of the hotel that was comprehensive. Restaurant was not classy at all. Food ok. Need to have means to black out the late night noise from Ohio Street. Good location basically. Should capitalize for being across from McDonalds, like breakfast there free fou up to eight dollars or something like that. Get rid of kitchen. Enlarge lobby. Is bar worth while? Give guest list of bars and restaurants that are within four blocks of hotel.

Very disappointing experience. The pool was out of service, and construction around the pool made the already tiny, minimally equipped fitness area difficult to use. Our room had cracks and peeling on the ceiling, and the elevator was tiny with a broken fan, cracked ceiling, and did not properly connect to our floor—making luggage and a stroller extremely difficult to manage. Breakfast was served cold, and the hotel refused to provide bedding for the sofa sleeper. Our room also faced heavy traffic noise that continued throughout the night. The property is very outdated and looks significantly different from the online photos. Overall, this hotel was overpriced and underwhelming, with poor maintenance, limited amenities, and disappointing service. I would not stay here again.

Great location No complaints

The hotel is in a great location to explore Chicago and is a great base to walk everywhere. Not too far from the Metro either. Big shoutout to Wallace, the Guest Services Supervisor who was a delight to meet and made our stay at BW much better! The rooms were a nice size, and it was nice to have the rooftop. Didn't go in the pool though as I wasn't sure how regular it was cleaned, but it was nice to have one in our hotel! Would stay again. Would like to be explained clearly what the deposit was for, and when exactly it would be returned. Tried to email but no response.

Great value, great location. We loved the pool and had it to ourselves. Every staff member was friendly from the pool guy to front desk. Wallace in particular was very helpful and friendly.

Great experience overall Possibly have a coffee maker/steamer would help a lot in making early morning coffee.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. Outdated & looks a little dirty.

The hotel was well situated for easy access to the Magnificent Mile and riverside. It had on site parking and there were plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was a little bit noisy from time to time. We had an initial problem with it but it was quickly resolved by the hotel maintenance staff.

Everything is close The elevator needs to be upgraded
-
The staff were wonderful, kind and helpful. It is on the older side and the room is quite small but had everything needed.
-
The location is what we paid for! It was in the middle of everything, that was great! The staff was super friendly and nice and it was very clean! The room was the bare minimum what you need to stay, the list says there’s a fridge but there wasn’t, the shower was just a little trickle, the AC was so loud we couldn’t have it on during the night,
