The breakfast was good..our waiter was excellent..very friendly..the hotel manager was very nice..concierge man was very helpful and sweet The lady who checked us in didn't give us breakfast voucher or explain how it was only good for 1 particular selection..she was veey nice but it made for confusing first breakfast..the manager fixed it after the fact..she also didn't ask if I was a member for the points or to get free water

Josephine at the front desk was super helpful. The other people working the front desk and concierge were very helpful as well. Nice location to walk to stores on Michigan Avenue and navy pier, amongst other things. Parking lot attached to building and paid for it at hotel. Starbucks to get a coffee fix or a Duncan is right around the corner.

The entire staff were genuinely so friendly, accommodating, and attentive. They didn’t just address our concerns—they made us feel like they truly cared about our experience and wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Things don’t always go perfectly when traveling, and I think the way a hotel responds when something does come up says so much more. The manager and his team completely turned our experience around, and we ended up leaving with a very positive impression of the hotel. We really appreciated how well we were taken care of and would absolutely stay here again.

Nous y étions déjà allé. On s’attendait à un bon niveau de commodité d’un Marriott. Le parking coûte plus cher que si on ne passe pas par l’hôtel. Café cheap et pas de crème à café ou de quoi de mieux que une poudre colorant cheap. La piscine est sale tous les tour, vraiment pas digne d’un Marriott. Je n’y retournerai sûrement pas. Nous avons eu des Best Western beaucoup mieux pour moins cher

Amazing stay, the one thing that I would say was having been there during a busy weekend of lollapalooza as were many other guests was that only 2 of the 3 elevators were being used for guest causing high traffic in the lobby in the evenings after the festival. Had the third elevator been available for use it may have lessened the traffic in the lobby and get guests to their rooms quicker after a long day. Over all thought the staff was amazing the room was great and the stay was wonderful
