Amenities promoted - complimnenrary coffee. All machines not working each floor. Kitchen in restaurant closed 1 hour as promoted. Requesting a discount

We cannot say enough about our stay at the Emeline. The entire staff was exceptional - anything we needed, they were there to help. We will absolutely return!!

It‘s a beautifully designed hotel. We really like the aesthetic they went for. Smells really good too. It‘s great to have an in-house coffee shop, restaurant, 24/7 gym, and lobby space to hang out. Water/coffee stations are also great. Room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. King bed seemed to be a bit short and matress could be a bit firmer but that‘s just our personal preference. Living room TV was a bit weird.

Location and style We where underneath the gym so noisey

We were greeted with a smile, very professional our room was clean, the hotel was very charming! We will be back!

We were there for a girl’s trip and the hotel was very conveniently located for walking. The beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms were spacious and accommodated is well. The fresh fruit and water/coffee stations on each floor were a nice touch.

This property was beautiful with lots of great amenities. We loved the little stations on each floor. It’s in a fantastic location directly next to the market, which makes you feel like you’re in the heart of everything, because you are. The staff ultimately was what made this loose a few stars for me. The valet guys were exceptional, but most of the interior hotel made it seem like a burden if we asked for anything. Ex: we asked for an extra water bottle because we had 4 people in a room and were only given 2 and ran out of the water bottles we had packed and it’s the middle of summer and they never brought it and questioned us as to why we needed anymore. We needed more towels, again, because we had a suite for 6 people, only had 4, but needed additional ones because there was only enough for 2 people. They made it seem like we were asking for too much when it was a simple request.

Best place we've stayed in town. Going back next week.

This hotel is a proper five star hotel. The hotel was spotless, the staff was second to none, the bar and restaurant ( we had breakfast) was excellent.

Emeley is a great place to stay. The staff are incredibly helpful and pleasant. Location is perfect for all the things you might wanna do in the city of Charleston.
