Cons: The entry is a little tired and uninviting looking in a missed attempt to be minimal. I didn't get the feeling they were very careful about who is coming and going. The bar blasts rather uninviting music. The hallway has a stuffy stale food smell so there needs to be better ventilation. I would have liked a bedside table and slightly warmer lighting in the room. For the price I was pleased.

The hotel staff is very kind and accommodating but do be warned at the level of noise coming from the club. This hotel isn't suitable for light sleepers but if that's not a problem for you, I would certainly recommend it.

Really basic hotel. Not too noisy if your room is not facing the metro. Weird neighbourhood but easy free parking.

The property was amazing! The staff person Laron not sure if I have the name spelled properly. He was so caring kind and always smiling. My check in was smooth he always made sure I was okay and let me know of all the perks of the hotel. The other staff members was just as friendly and so sweet to me. I was very relaxed because of them I felt safe. My check out was just as smooth with Raul I think was his name with the glasses. Lol I am coming back! The staff there makes the stay so much more welcoming and warm! Thanks so much for having me! ❤️

Property manager and front desk were extremely kind and helpful!!!

This business is primarily a club. They play extremely loud music well into the morning. I was on one of their highest floors and still and got very limited sleep due to the excessively loud music. There is no soundproofing, so on top of the loud club music, you can hear every noise from neighbors and the hallway too.

The place was clean and nice, the back event area was very cute and comfortable. There was an event one night which guests could also attend. The desk staff offered ear plugs if the music was too loud, which was thoughtful. Check out is at noon which is great. I didn’t need bags held but believe they would have assisted. I was offered coffee and tea while waiting to leave. Would definitely recommend and would return. (Close to buslines, B46, B47, B38 and in between 2 train stations on the J and Z lines. Can also take the 47 to the C Train at Ralph Ave.)

What I really like the about the hotel is the area. Everything was walkable and the M and J was close by. I really also love how helpful the staff were! If you are young and without kids this is the hotel for you. They have bar downstairs in the lobby too. They have couple good eats near by. The area might be more urban to others. I’m from Philly it felt like I didn’t leave in a weird way. I love they were are nice and room is clean to sleep. Yes The L is right there but it didn’t bother me living near by the my station too

The room was small but clean, which is really all I ask of a NYC hotel at this point. Beds were more "informational" than "comfortable" — they inform you that you are, in fact, lying on a bed — but I was out sightseeing 12 hours a day, so I wasn't picky about lumbar support by the time I got back. A few quirks: thin walls (I heard neighbors' bathroom business more than I'd like), musty old-building hallways, and a downstairs bar that gets loud some nights. Also the toilet has no lid, which had me nervously guarding my phone every time I sat down. Leftover food has to be handed to the front desk for the employee fridge — you get an actual claim ticket for it, like you're checking a coat instead of storing a sandwich. My room wasn't cleaned on day one, but they promptly brought extra towels when I asked. Bottom line: not a spa retreat, but a clean, well-located, well-staffed base for a NYC trip. Would stay again.
