Nova Hotel Brooklyn

Nova hotel Brooklyn is by far the best hotel to stay in while in Brooklyn their staff are exceptional and just amazing

I was shown a room with a deck only to receive a room with a balcony. I was charged for the room with the deck. It was false advertising.

I booked this hotel to be close to Family and because of the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, due to flight delays, I didn’t get to experience the rooftop bar so unsure how it would have been. The hotel has obviously been updated at some point but not very well maintained. Slightly unusual scent, bed was not very comfortable, and the pillows were extremely hard. There was a very large and beautiful balcony, but no true view given the location.

I could not stay because it false advertised. So I concealed my reservation upon see inside the facility.

AC didn't work this time around but besides that love the hotel, we stay often & it's just everything i could ask for. Want the prices to go back down haha

It was ok. The handle of the shower came off and the leg of the bed was bent and I kept hitting my foot on it. And there is NO street parking and the parking garage they have a contract with is the worse.

I always enjoy my stays at this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes every visit feel comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is also very clean and well-maintained. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve stayed here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with wonderful staff. I look forward to staying here again!

Very helpful staff & nice place

All my expectations were met. Great room and view. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to many local restaurants and recreational venues. I’m definitely staying here again.

This place was amazing. Steve and Sam both were awesome. The hotel itself clean and peaceful. 10 out of 10 i highly recommend.

Unclear entrance, poorly clean, dirty shower and locker room not working properly.

This was completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I have never experienced such poor service and cleanliness at a hotel. Absolutely disgusting place. I would not recommend staying here.

Very clean and helpful staff

The balcony only had one broken chair and we had to ask for a second one twice.

The entrance was a little sketch. Empty room with stairs leading up to the lobby. There was a loud beeping sound as soon as you get into the door. There were marks around walls of the room. No cleaning staff came in to just handle the minor things around the room. Walls were very thin. NOT horrible but not ideal.
