You can hear the people next door. Management said they’d bring up a white noise machine and never did.

Staff was great
-
Coffee in the room is horrible. With the $35 daily room uncharge better Coffee should be available free in the lobby. If it reduces the profits to much replace the free chowder in the dinning room with free coffee in the lobby.

Staff were excellent

We were charged a destination fee every day that we weren't aware of until I checked my bill that was emailed. Still not sure why we were charged for this. Should have been told upfront about this daily fee!

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency in Boston (Avenue de Lafayette). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff service was excellent and the food was very good. Would stay here again.

Good property close to the boston commons!

This is a conveniently located hotel in downtown Boston within walking distance of most attractions or the hop on hop off trolley which takes you to all the attractions. Customer service was excellent. Front desk and restaurant staff were polite and courteous. The room was clean. The water pressure was good in the shower. We had a city view and it was beautiful. The restaurant served good food, although it was a tad bit pricey which is the norm at most hotels. They also have snacks you can buy in the front. Overall a good stay. The hotel definitely lives up to the Hyatt name. We will be back again.

We really enjoyed our stay, location excellent, food excellent, facilities excellent, our room was lovely, spacious and clean.

Breakfast was good, and the real highlight is the location, which makes it easy to explore Boston comfortably. From a 4‑star Hyatt hotel I expected more: the noise was overwhelming whenever the neighboring rooms used the shower, the beds were poorly made (possibly because the sheets had no fitted corners and were too small for the mattress), housekeeping came in the late afternoon when guests might already be back from their day, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

Every year I stayed this hotels it is very good.
-
Fantastic location and staff was wonderfully professional. I found the decor very dark.
-
Very clean hotel and helpful staff. Restaurant very overpriced. Willie was especially helpful with our luggage and information. Good location to walk to many sites.
-
Only thing I wasn't happy with was the surprise fees at check in but everything else was amazing
