Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall, Boston

Great place

The room is outdated and worn. It was my understanding that when I booked my room, breakfast would be included. However according to the hotel, breakfast was not included. The adjoining cafe/ pub was horrible. Worse service I have ever experienced. It was almost empty on Friday when we went for breakfast. Waited 25 minutes to be seated. Another 25 to order. Another 30 to get our small order and then another 30 minutes to get the check, although it appeared that the few construction workers at the bar were getting great service

Stayed in Club Room. Asked Hotel staff before trip how standard room differed from Club room. No explanation was given. Found out at the Hotel that was charged extra $40 for standard room but was signed to a Club room. This extra charge $40.88 was returned at the end of our stay after reminding. Room is clean and large enough for two. Expedia suggested that room upgrade and breakfast for two could be included at no extra charge as VIP guests. I spoke by phone about it with Expedia rep before starting the trip. Nothing happened. But Location is excellent. Close to everything. We are satisfied despite some problems that I had mentioned in this review. Thank you. Joseph

Check in was quick and easy. The room was on the small size but good enough for one night before a cruise. The shower had lots of water pressure and a hand held wand. Lots of mirrors and good lighting for the wife. Big fluffy white towels. There are water filling stations on each floor. An English pub is next door with pretty good food. We were walking distance from Quincy Market with lots of food and shops. Would stay there again.

Great location!

The room was very spotless and clean. And the staff was very nice and friendly. And I did my breakfast at Elephant & Castle. At Elephant & Castle Waitstaff were very nice and easy talk to. And my breakfast was very tasty

Reception staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The room was fine. It didn’t quite live up to the pictures.

Staff was helpful though a bit frazzled from what I could see. There was typically only one person at the front desk and with people checking in and out and elevator not working I’m gonna say that was the reason for less than I expected. The texting for room service and request were outstanding. They responded quickly and fulfilled all request equally as fast.

Very clean room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the shower was clean and HOT, something that I don't take for granted when traveling. I'd stay here again!!

As a solo traveler, I felt very safe during my stay. The hotel is in a great location, and I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. The hotel restaurant wasn’t the best, but the receptionist was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and especially appreciated the convenient location and feeling of safety.
