This property is beautiful, exceptionally managed, and has every amenity that a traveler would need.

The hotel overall was spotless the rooms were also very clean. Staff was very helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Front desk staff and valet were excellent people to deal with. We arrived early in the day and were able to check into our room. The hotel is conveniently located only steps from Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, and a 5-10 minute walk to the Public Gardens and the North End. The only negative was the size of the room. We had a room with a king bed and there was barely enough room to walk by the bed, and in the bathroom/shower area. The price for the room was considerably cheaper than the other hotels in the area. I would probably stay there again and ask how much more a larger room would cost. All in all the size of the room was the only negative.

Great location behind the Old State House, central to everything. Room was much larger than expected. Very clean and quiet. Large windows with blackout curtains that served their purpose. Only personal annoyance was the shower being open to the room in an alcove without a door. And the toilet had a sliding door. Parking is also very expensive - $70 to valet.

Room 304 is unacceptable. It was impossible to rest due to constant noise all night long (from construction work or a truck clearing out the building next door). They knew about it full well and sold the room anyway. I feel scammed, and it was a very unpleasant experience.

The room was okay not worth the price to stay there.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was very clean BUT I have never stayed in a room that was so uncomfortably small… even in Europe! There was nowhere to sit down except for the bed. The shower was so small that all 5 ft tall Of me had trouble turning around. I had to walk sideways with my back literally sliding along the wall in order to get into bed.

The hotel was in a perfect location! Spotless, great restaurant for breakfast and coffee but the staff was what really stood out. They were amazing!!!!
