Conveniently located. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even though it was very busy. Indoor pool was nice. Overall, the hotel was pretty shabby and needs attention and upkeep. The room felt very worn and used.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We loved the gym and indoor/ outdoor pools. Easy access to the mall and to Salem/ Danvers. Very comfortable beds. Great view from the window. We loved the omelettes at breakfast. Our daughter lost her phone in the hotel room so we had to look everywhere for it...we found lots of dust/ hair/ old tissues. Could have done with a deep clean around the beds and furniture.

Only issue was maid service. They did not arrive until 5 pm when we were dressing for dinner. Asked them to come back in 10 min and they never returned

The location was good. It was in a quiet area but also a short drive to the Burlington Mall. Even though I didn’t get a chance to use it, the outdoor pool looked beautiful. The bed was very comfortable & the room was newly designed. The K-Cup machine was nice to use in the morning & with a variety of beverages. Despite the room was newly designed, it wasn’t very clean. Coming from someone who used to clean hotels for a living I know what to look for and the room looked rushed. There was something sticky left on the counters and rings from beverages on both the nightstands. I didn’t need to use the dressers but there was dirt inside the drawers. Good thing I always carry my own cleaning wipes.

Nice gym, pool, lobby and bar Trying to charge $14/night for WiFi is just ridiculous in 2026! Then they force you to sign up to their membership club to get free WiFi and even it doesn’t work so reception washes there hands of the issue and just connect you to an IT call centre that don’t even know where you are :(

The rooms are spacious, comfotable and the amenities are incredible. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor pool and fitness center with all kinds of machines! The staff is great and the room service was very timely and responded very well to special requests!

The room was very well kept and clean! The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. Parking was nice and close.
