Staybridge Suites Boston - Burlington by IHG

When I arrived at the hotel, the person ahead of me talking to the desk clerk had indicated that no one had come to their room to change towels or clean it, even though they had specifically requested it, which I assumed was a one-off mistake. However, we stayed for four nights and nobody came to our room to change the towels or clean it the entire time we were there. The garbage needed changing by the 3rd night, so I asked at the front desk to have someone clean the room while we were out for the day, but it hadn't been done when we got back that evening. I asked for someone at least to come change the garbage for us, and all they did was drop off an extra garbage bag at the door. I ended up bagging up the garbage and leaving it in the hall by the door, which someone did take by the morning. Overall a nice hotel, but I'm used to places attempting to clean every day, remaking beds, changing garbage, etc. If you are only staying there one or two nights, maybe you wouldn't notice, but it felt like they only clean the room upon checkout.

Very clean facility all around, Continental breakfast was perfect for our family.

Everything was great, but get to breakfast early. Yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, bagels ran out more than an hour before close and we're not refilled.

Property was renovated, and breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location is very convenient with a mall close by. Our 1-bedroom suite had a loud air conditioning unit and had squeaking noise when the air blew. Staff was helpful and sent a maintenance guy to fix it. The maintenance guy adjusted the vent direction to mitigate it, but the screeching noise started back in the midnight, so we had to turn off the air conditioning to get sleep. Otherwise, the hotel was good.

Clean hotel with a good breakfast. Very convenient with parking. It’s a little bit far from Boston, but it’s fine with car.

We had a lovely experience, the room was nice and spacious, our family did not feel cramped as it felt like we were in an apartment. We had a lovely stay.

Good breakfast , service , easy check in and out will stay again also free parking close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers i recommend this place

Hôtel bien entretenue, propre avec chambres familiales très confortables. Installations agréables pour les familles (piscine, terrain de basket avec prêt de ballon). Repas déjeuner et du soir inclus satisfaisants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour lors de notre passage pour visiter la ville de Boston.

Clean, renovated, good breakfast, nice staff. 2 bedroom suite great for family of 6. Pretty well equipped kitchen for a hotel. Comfortable Sleeper sofa! Kitchen is tight, better for reheating food than trying to cook. But lots of glassware and dishes.

I'd stay here again if ever in the area. Booked room for 2 adults and 3 kids. We had 2 double beds but this room also came with kitchenette all stocked with glass plates, cutting board, cutlery, burner, microwave, fridge, and a separate area with couch tv. We were really just expecting the typical room with 2 double beds so this was a wonderful surprise. They also off free self-laundry which was a nice addition. Breakfast was also great and convenient. Honestly nothing negative to say. Thank you for a wonderful stay and highly recommend.
