This boutique hotel is so cute! Loved the free parking and location. Quick uber ride to all of our destinations. Room was so cute! Loved the decor.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean and was refreshed by staff appropriately. This was the easiest parking I have ever had in Birmingham. Travelling as a single lady, I felt safe going in and out and even walking to nearby restaurants. There isn't an elevator but that was not an issue for me. There is no mini fridge in the room but there is one in the hallway with filtered water provided.

Comfortable, clean, spacious, and well-decorated!

We enjoyed our stay, but weren't able to extend our check out time after an emergency without being charged which i felt wasn't right or fair.

Very clean and spacious room! Very peaceful and the staff were available to make sure I had all information.

Negatives: bathroom door did not close all the way; no dead bolt or peep hole on the door; no ice machine; no bottled water offered; no closet; hot water in bathroom was a trickle; no elevator (although noted on their website); no staff available. Neighborhood is very sketchy. Found a sock by the bedside.

We loved staying here! Clean, convenient, easy check in and check out. Beautiful room!!! Loved the Bygones cocktail bar next door! Will stay here again!

It was an easy checking. Comfortable bed. No fridge or microwave though.

Area is a bit sketchy but seemed safe. I strongly recommend not to arrive before the 4pm check-in time, they stab you with a fee. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are nicely done. Wake me up a hands off approach at your hotel with very little service, this is your place. Grocery store 2 blocks away, several restaurants and bars very close.

Nice and cozy

I was so happy to get the same room I was in last October. Room 206 had the most comfortable bed. They provided a drink station as well as snacks on the 2nd floor. The stairs are steep so pack light. No elevator but so worth it.

Easy check-in and check-out. Clean property.

It was clean. The bed was comfortable. My wife and I are in our 70’s and I was there for a medical procedure. We were on the third floor and NO ELEVATOR was a real problem. The water pressure in the shower was poor. The TV screen was frozen so we had no television service at all and no one came to help us repair it. No ice machine anywhere in the hotel. It was recommended to us us that we walk down the street and buy some ice from a local bar.
