Where do I begin? The location was fine and located in a good area. The issues started when we entered the room. There was a cup of what appeared to be cola placed in the coffee maker. I took a picture of this and showed the front desk saying "I do not want anything" and showed the pic for reference. The person at the front desk and was asked to mail it to her. When we used the shower the floor was wet (on issue here)....I wiped the floor to make sure it was not slippery....the towel was black actually black. I showed this picture to the front desk and again emailed the pic to her. Other the dirty coffee cup, black bathroom floor it was ok. Oh....wait, the air conditioner blows on the bed which was not overly comfortable. Finally, be prepared for the drag racing outside your window on the street side until 3am. Really not happy however if these points do not bother you you will have a good time.

Friendly helpful staff and quiet hotel. However the hotel shows signs of wear. Torn carpets, faded curtains, room smelled as little musty. Staff were kind and switched me to another room due to smell and tv not working.

Noisy, noisy, noisy!!! could not sleep either night, motorcycles and racing cars running up and down the street all night. call front desk to call the police to stop it but it continued as the person on the desk said nothing they could do.

What A Great Hotel…. Plenty of street parking and food options. Chic Area.. 9/10 for sure …also . Breakfast was Extremely reasonable and delicious….

Really nice and affordable hotel. As a Memphian, please be aware that their hot honey wings are just buffalo sauce and honey lol. Staff were helpful. In a fairly safe location as well.

Great and informative staff. Room was clean, but you could tell it was a bit old. A little dusty so it made me stuffy, but my stay was great overall.

We loved our stay

We stayed for one night at the Kelly. It was a decent experience for the price but nothing was exceptional. The property could be better maintained (out lightbulbs, dirty carpet, worn walls, loose outlets) and the cleanliness was average. Nothing felt extremely dirty but the cups in our room still had lipstick marks on them. Overall average hotel stay. The staff was very helpful on our arrival. Shout out to our valet Mike!

From check in to check out this property was pristine.

The patking was not ideal because it is downtown and the wifi was not working.

Exceptional

The location was great and the staff were helpful. The room wasn’t clean. A bag containing fast food waste was left in the corridor near the left for the entire time of our stay (2 nights). The quilt was stained under the sheets and the room was really basic. The gym was out of commission although we could use the gym at a nearby hotel.

Room was clean. They accommodated an early check in. Staff were very friendly. Especially the front desk staff. Superior customer service!

The staff didn't know what a kettle is. The room TV wasn't working. Parking was $40/night, which is higher than expected (the whole night was under $200) The shower was broken; it works, but broken. It was a good stay, but I will probably go for another option my next time around.
