It was the best im going go back

Of dirt and unclean. Staff barely spoke English. Breakfast was old pastries from Sam’s. No drinks were served. It was a mess for a special Surprise trip!

When I entered the lobby, I was told I would have to pay a $25 fee for my service dog. After I explained that service dogs are not subject to pet fees, the clerk made comments suggesting people lie about service dogs and that dogs damage rooms. A grounds employee also questioned why my service dog wore a spiked training collar, which made me feel like I was being doubted instead of treated respectfully. My dog is well behaved, he was not barking or acting out but he is 100lb 2year old dog that will lunge at anyone that comes to close or talks loud or abruct at me. The collar helps me (with a spine injury unrelated to my disability) safely control him if needed. I left and rented a room two doors down with no issues. Based on the property condition and how I was treated regarding my service dog, I would not recommend this hotel.

If you’re looking for somewhere cheap or for a night or two then this place is safe for that. Rooms were updated and pool looked clean but we didn’t have time to swim. Right across and easy walk to the beach. Property was kind of run down and AC did not get as cool as I like but I slept hard anyway. Beds not the comfiest but as someone with chronic pain it was decent enough. Quiet and a convenience store connected to the lobby. No mold that I saw but dingy corners. Staff was nice.

The best thing about the stay was ac worked great. Made a reservation for 4 people asked for an extra pillow(only 3 in room) and extra towels(2 in room) was told these rooms were for 2 people only. We had to go buy extra pillows. Not once did we see a housekeeper took our own trash out and dirty towels to main desk just to get some fresh. They had a really nice pool that was open.. however people drinking and having a great time every day we were there. Told my 15 year old grandson to go to the kiddie pool to play. Like the big pool was for drunks only. I believe the motel should pay some sort of refund because I have read reviews and they are almost all the same and the motel's reply is always the same but they don't fix the problem. I stay at Super 8 a lot and it's a shame they are going to let this one ruin their name.

Don’t stay at this property the rooms are horrible and dirty with bugs everywhere.
-
Bathroom had hair all over the place and our room didn't have a remote to the tv
-
It was perfect for my big family we had 2 rooms with no problems, I really like the store that was attached that was really convenient
-
The room had a little smell like mold and spotted ants.
-
It was so nasty and trashy.. had cops there nightly, had ppl reving engines all night long. Very trashy
-
They entry was hanging on the outside the door. Light fixtures falling out the ceiling, smoke dector is taped to the ceiling w/out a battery. Paint is falling off the ceiling. As soon as we walked into the room a man was tanding, looking in our window. We grabbed our belongings and as got to our car there was drug addicts trying to talk to us. It was definitely not safe.

the place was a dump and my wife didnt come thank god, the room had old worn out sheets. the room was clean but old and dingy. the breakfast was a joke . 4oz coffee cup and a muffin I got a feeling the staff just did not care . It looked like they never recovered from the hurricane. pot holes in the parking lot and smelled from the trash not being picked up. I will never be back .

Disgusting.........,.......

Checked in and immediately checked out. We were given a room in very back lot, dim lit. The room was disgusting and poorly maintained. The door between rooms was not secure. Did not give a safe vibe at all. Despite the condition of the room, the staff was very friendly.
