It's definitely the place to stay for a Biloxi, MS stay. The atmosphere, the music, the staff, the decor, and everything about the place and its location really made the experience great for us. Didn't win anything in the casino, but that place wasn't built with the winnings of the gamblers.

My family of six stayed at the Hard Rock in Biloxi and we had a great stay. Rooms were nice and our view of the Gulf was perfect. The Casino was so much fun and the restaurants were good. If there is anything to mention it would be that the hallways were so cold as the air was cranked. We couldn't wait to get out of the hallway back into our rooms.

When we were checking in they could not locate my reservation. The front desk supervisor, Deshanta Banks, was so rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Thankfully I called hotels.com and they were able to contact the hotel and front desk staff to help them locate our reservation. The hotel was great! The room was modern and very clean. The pool was so great and definitely our favorite part. All the other staff at the hotel and casino were all amazing and so friendly. We loved this hotel.

Excellent property with beautiful amenities. Wouuld definitely recommend. Small criticism is only having two elevators for 12 floors of rooms. Long wait times and packed elevators when busy. Other than that, superb facility.

Nice hotel with view of the gulf at a reasonable price. Onsite restaurants including Ruth’s Chris and a great seafood restaurant (Half Shell Oyster House) we had for dinner. Dunkin’ Donuts was also onsite for a quick breakfast before hitting the road.

My wife and I dont gamble .. we come here often because we enjoy the atmosphere and the good food everything is clean and the pool is a great place to sit and relax..

The convenience of the hotel. Staff was very accommodating. Checked in earlier than expected. We had 2 rooms across the hall from each other. Behind the bed was filthy. I was looking for a plug when I noticed the nasty left over food and dust. Please clean behind the beds.

Overall, clean and well maintained establishment. if your not eating at Ruth Chris, the dining selection is extremely fast food quality. Room was very clean and staff was generally mediocre to some outstanding one offs.

Most of the staff was great! We were in room 724 and the bed was hard as an and the ac unit constantly rattled. The manager was so disappointed with the room that she immediately upgraded us.
