The room was clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the air conditioning was fine. It’s the only hotel we stay in when we are in Biloxi.

The only problem with our room was that our mini fridge did not work. Cleaning staff was very friendly also. We definitely will stay here again the next time that we come to Biloxi! Thank you staff team!

I can tell from the outside that the property was going to be nasty on the inside. The rating of 8 or 9 is completely fabricated. This property is maybe a 3. The floor was nasty, there was a long hair left on the toilet seat, woke up and thought that there was lint on my pillow when I went to move it, it smeared blood so it was some kind of bug on my pillow as a slept. I told the front desk about my dissatisfaction and he actually got an attitude with me. The breakfast was the only thing I enjoyed. They had a yogurt machine which I have never seen before, and you could make your own parfait. The eggs and sausage where hot and good, the attendant was so sweet and made sure all breakfast was replenished. Upon going back to the room there was a roach on the wall outside of our room. Will never stay here again and I would advise no one else to.

The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and room was tidy. Great location for it value. The rooms on the floor we were on the smell of drugs especially during the early morning hours. It catered to lots of young people and the smell was horrific.

Location and even though the amenities were old the the room was clean. Amenities are old and there was a terrible odor in the rear entrance and parking area.The breakfast area is too small to accommodate the large number of people staying at the facility. To be right across the street from the Beau Rivage the motel needs upgrading.

Me and my sister will return to this BW! Everything was exceptional! From checking in to checking out. Love the green canopy to prevent getting wet if raining. The only thing I can think of is the restroom in the lobby was out.
