The staff was very helpful.Close to many good restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable beds.

Entrance to hotel and parking are difficult to access.

The air condition unit clicked loudly when coming on and was loud until it cut off. I had two rooms and both rooms were like that. The drawer in one room continuously opened up on its own. The hotel was clean except the bathroom floor in the room on 14th floor. Cookies were great and appreciated the complimentary cookies. Overall, a nice place downtown.

This hotel was okay. Rooms are very dated and old and not well kept. Location is right downtown and centrally located. Staff weren’t overly friendly or welcoming. AC would only go as low as 68. The room stayed nice and dark. Overall, not sure we’d stay here again.

Everything was great with the exception of the HVAC which we always have trouble with getting the right temp and no fan during the night.

The place was nice, but the bed and the pillows we got were terrible. The shower was not great either.

Great location and price! Right across the street from my favorite restaurant in Billings called Walkers. Try the apple brined pork shank!!!

either too hot and wouldn't get cold. There wasn't a pool or breakfast. We did get warm cookies when we checked in! And a bottle of water in the room. The parking was not ideal...and coming in late , 8:00 pm, took us by surprise and how to get our luggage to our room.

Super clean and updated, coffee shop inside, covered sky bridge to great steak house!

Very clean, plenty of pillows. Restaurant on property is wonderful. Young ladies at the desk were very pleasant.
