This was a great location for our first visit to NYC! The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We were able to check in to one of our two rooms when we arrived at noon, which was wonderful after our red eye flight. The rooms were definitely on the small side but the beds were comfy, the a/c worked well, and they were cleaned every day, so they provided everything that we needed. We stayed on the top floor with a great view of the Empire State Building. Would definitely stay here again!

Only big issue was noise. Motorcyclists appeared to arrive at about 1:30 in the morning AM and kept one or more engines running for about 45 minutes. Also appeared to involve a panel truck. After complaining to the night clerk she was aware of the truck and her solution was to shout at the motorcyclists through the window. May not happen often but if you value your sleep you might want to consider elsewhere.
