I returned to my room around 4 PM and unexpectedly found a maintenance employee inside, even though I had not requested any maintenance or been notified that anyone would enter my room. I reported it to the front desk, but unfortunately, no one ever followed up or explained why he was there. This made me feel very uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about guest privacy and security.

Clean room, polite staff, near the event I attended.

Stayed 2 nights at The Mosaic Hotel in August 2026. Staff members were excellent. The room in which I stayed was nice, but for $300+ per night, it could have been better. There was no refrigerator, the middle set of blinds in the room wouldn't close all the way, and the hotel didn't provide any complimentary drinking water; instead, the property attempts to have guests pay additional money for $7 bottles of mineral water (I passed) and common American candies such as Reese's peanut-butter cups, Swedish Fish, etc. Really? Higher-end hotels should do better than that. I would stay at The Mosaic again, but I do think the property owner or manager should consider some minor improvements to the overall guest experience.

I asked twice for a kettle and still never received one. The bar was closed, which was disappointing as I enjoy having a nightcap, and room service was unavailable despite being advertised. The room itself felt tired and in need of a deep clean/refurbishment. There were questionable marks on the carpet, heavy scratches on the cupboards, and one cupboard did not slide properly. The DND/housekeeping buttons were worn or partially broken. There was also a slightly unusual smell, although bearable. Water pressure was frustratingly low, making it difficult to have a proper shower. The shutters were not blackout and the curtain was essentially decorative, so I had to improvise to block out the light, as shown in my photo. My room was also next to the stairwell, resulting in considerable housekeeping noise. The elevator needed some TLC, glasses were left outside rooms until the following day, and the TV had no Netflix or comparable streaming options. The cupboards also had very worn-out marks. The pool was OK; I did not use the gym. Overall, a great location and pleasant reception staff, but the maintenance, cleanliness and lack of advertised services let it down. In my view, this is closer to a three-star hotel than a four-star one.

We miss the complimentary daily coffee in the lobby.

I have stayed at The Mosaic numerous times for post surgery recovery. Excellent facilities and staff, especially desk manager Phillipa and General Manager Sirley. Breakfast at the restaurant is great, and in room food ordering options are good. I highly recommend this property for a comparatively economical extended stay in Beverly Hills.

Honestly, the only thing good about this hotel is the location. Just to note, this is the first time i've ever gone out of my way to write a review! When i was researching this hotel i noticed a few bad reviews and thought that maybe those people were disgruntled for whatever reason. They were completely accurate though. The hallways had an awful smell. The showers were disgusting as were the bathrooms overall. The carpet had brown stains. The walls had stains all over them. When i told the staff, they basically did nothing about it. Absolutely would not stay there again.

The gentleman that helped me at check-in was really a class act very professional. I love the convenience of this hotel naturally it’s not gonna happen everything that the larger resorts are gonna have, but it’s going to have to be in and out quickly. The location is wonderful. The hotel is very well kept and clean and the rooms are comfortably sized.

Wonderful experience staying at the Mosaic. The staff is warm, friendly and incredibly helpful.

The pool was partially shut down because they were doing some photo shoot for other people. The advertised Bulgari bath products do not exist as marketed/advertised on ALL third party booking sites- new management of property replaced luxury amenities with standard bottles on wall in shower of generic soaps - expensive to self park $70!!!! Insane for a self park small garage boutique hotel- should be free or half that cost! for registered guests to SELF park.

Great location. Great staff. The rooms are clean, the bathroom clean. The rooms are very small. It’s tight for a family of three.
-
The only real positive was the location. The hotel is in a great area of Beverly Hills and was very convenient for visiting all the places we had planned to see.

Stayed at the Mosaic again. Little boutique hotel near Beverly Hills. Quiet little pool area with nice little cabanas. Nice little hotel. Staff was very helpful. Parking on site.

The property is very nice, in a great location in Beverly Hills. It’s got a unique layout spread across floors and outside. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My only issues are that the gym had very lackluster equipment in it and my unit – one of the outside ones on the second floor – could benefit from better noise insulation.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mosaic Hotel. We loved the location and the fact that it truly was a boutique hotel. The property felt very private and peaceful, but close to everything. The pool area was very clean and a great place to enjoy our afternoon after walking around town. We stayed in a suite which I highly recommend for the additional space. Phillipa was so kind and made sure we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. All of the staff was extremely friendly. Next time we are in town , we will be choosing the Mosaic .
