Valet parking very nice, but difficult to get to! Front desk at checkout didn’t even ask how the stay was. So I told her about the noise of the construction and she replied’ you knew we were under construction.” I replied “I didn’t “ Wouldn’t recommend for the price! Rey disappointing!

The location & price is good if you need to be near Beverly Hills. Otherwise I would say there is nothing else beneficial about this hotel. It’s showing its age, there is no pool currently. No cafe or coffee shop, no gift shop, no self parking. The area is under major construction, not the hotel but the street the hotel is located. There is only valet parking right now no self parking so if you’re in a hurry you could be waiting 15-20 mins for your car. Everyone at the hotel was super kind and accommodating but it wasn’t the most relaxing stay.

A little bit disappointed because the pool was closed because of renovation.

pool not open

The location and staff were absolutely amazing! The rooftop bar was great for the views, service, and cocktails. Unfortunately, we were unaware that the hotel is undergoing a large expansion project and construction was just outside our balcony. The view was of six cranes and construction work started at 6:30 am. It would have been nice to have known this before we checked in.

Nostalgic. It was wonderful and I’m happy to see the new construction.

Great hotel, amazing location

The valet service was way too slow. I almost missed my flight waiting to get my vehicle. It wasn’t busy and yet it took 20 mins to get my vehicle.

The bed was comfortable The property was going under construction, so our suite that we paid extra money for with the balcony overlook the whole construction site, which was not explained to me upon making the reservation. There was a few pieces of trash on our floor of our clean room and hair by the bedside pillow. For a popular hotel, I would expect the coffee maker to be in the room instead of having to call for it and we got three packets of creamer that’s it I guess I just would’ve expected a little more than what we got.

Had construction so

Great! Except construction next door wasn’t great, but it what it is..
-
Was pretty noisy due to construction next door and the pool was closed.
-
Was under construction but really enjoyed the stay and looking forward to the finished product

The staff are wonderful. The room was clean and quiet. The amenities are currently non existent due to the remodel (?) including no bar soap, no soda or snacks for purchase in room, no coffee maker in room, and no coffee in lobby past 6 am (!). The in room dining selection is slim, though the charcuterie board was great. It is inconvenient to come and go if on foot as I was. I hope it all improves after the remodel is complete.
-
Great just in room dining was way overpriced

First time to writing a review. Not happy with the hotel and it’s so loud because of the construction all over the hotel. I found hairs in the shower. For all the money that I paid a could’ve stayed in other hotels.
