Close to everything Breakfast was excellent and it had a pool. The air conditioner blew right on you in bed. Didn’t seem to find a way to deflect it!

Perfectly located downtown. Sweet motel with nicely appointed rooms, comfortable beds and nice linens. Refrigerator, microwave and TV all updated and working. Parked right outside our room. Do charge $12/night for parking. Not sure I agree with that. Breakfast every morning in very nice dedicated breakfast room with clean and nice public bathrooms. Food was very good with something for everyone. Even had fresh cottage cheese servings, yogurts and oatmeal for the more health conscious. Nice lobby with treats out for you and wonderful, very accommodating staff. Pool was fine. Not the draw but we did swim after a long hot day of biking on the Spanish Moss Trail!

Great location, service was exceptional. The actual structure of the building could use some updating.

this hotel was fantastic. The rooms aren’t fancy, however - it checked off so many Boxes for a place at the beach. The access to the bay was great and it has a pool. The beach is a short walk. They have free bikes, paddle boards and kayaks for use you can sign out. They are so friendly and hospitable. the Breakfast has less options than some hotels but it was still great for being complimentary! would definitely stay here again!

The environment, the service provided, the room, the pool, reception generosity, she also had the information needed being my family's first time visiting for a family event.. We will stay again and will recommend it well worth it. N/A

I loved the location by the waterfront. It was very peaceful overall and the area was very clean. I would have liked to have access to the to go breakfast items after 9:30. Since the room is separate from the rest of the building it is locked after 9:30 and I couldn’t get a yogurt or piece of fruit.

Location was great for walking yo restaurants and shops! Staff was wonderful. The only thing that wasn’t pleasant was there was construction right across the street and the 7:00 am hammering was not nice. We stayed during the week days. Lots of early morning noise from construction.

Clean room

The location is perfect for exploring historic downtown Beaufort. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The separate breakfast building was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to move around without feeling crowded. The food tasted freshly prepared rather than prepackaged or microwaved, and it was a pleasant surprise each morning. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. While the décor is a bit older, everything was in good condition and served its purpose well. We'd happily stay here again.

Close to downtown, walking distance to restaurants and shops. We didn’t eat the breakfast so I cannot speak on that part. There is construction right next door and the constant hammering at 7:30am both days were unpleasant. There was nothing saying construction was happening next door, so that was not great early in the morning. The carpet in the upstairs rooms most definitely could use an upgrade. I noticed downstairs had hardwood floors. The carpet is old looking and I wore flip flops/socks. It could definitely be replaced.
