Not as clean as we would have hoped for price

Had a great experience. Check in was quick and easy! I did have a issue with the room that was booked. It wasn't what I had originally booked several months ago, but when I went downstairs to get it corrected they were able to do so with no issues. I love that they were prepared for the BTS concert and even decorated the lobby to welcome us. If I ever stay in Baltimore again I will make sure to look here first.

Pillows were a bit flat and the conditioner was out in the shower, but a good bed.

The hotel was very good—clean, comfortable, and in a great location, close to a supermarket and within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. We stayed here for the BTS concert, and the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Our overall stay was amazing. The hotel had a parking garage conveniently attached to the hotel that had an elevator that drops you off in the lobby. Check in and check out was so easy and everyone was so friendly. The hotel was quiet and extremely clean. The hotel was located in a great area. We will be staying here every time we come to Baltimore
