Noisy pool party three of my 6 days hard to sleep Breakfast on Sunday was like 1 hour late Had to ask to get my room made up after four days

The property was wonderful, the staff were very friendly and helpful the ones who understood English. Note being able to get house keeping after we leave the room.

Nice rooms, clean, very good breakfast served every morning, usable kitchen in the suites. Would stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located. Near Lenox Mall. Clean and The rooms are very nice. With a mini kitchen. I stayed here several times and will stay again. They charge for parking now but that’s okay. Parking was free before.

All the furniture were very uncomfortable and the free breakfast was just that, free, undercooked and no flavor. Ice maker in fridge didnt work, ice maker on 1st floor was OOO, no sprite to purchase, had to pay to park AT the hotel, fees were supposed to be waived but I still got charged. Pool was very small and didnt see any flow, was the pump and filter even on?
