SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Buckhead

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only bad side was the breakfast was not very good. Eggs were powered.

Es la 3ra vez que me hospedo ahí, todo bien siempre, limpieza, atención, es céntrico y encuentro todo lo que ocupo al rededor, solo esta última vez creo que al personal de limpieza olvidó el baño, estaba limpio pero la taza no tenía el papel atravesado que indica que se lavo, faltaban toallas de baño y no había nada de shampoo para el cuerpo, no nos gusta molestar al personal pero tuvimos que hablarles por el faltante.

In general, the hotel seemed to need a major refresh as it appears " tired". The breakfast was great! Much more abundant than roadside motels .

Superb

The hand washing sink was very slow draining. I took this up to a higher level. They say there’s nothing they can do because I “didn’t complain or ask for another room. I did talk to the person at the desk and he said there was nothing they could do about it and he offered to refund the parking fee, which he never did. I highly recommend that you do not stay at Springhill by Marriott. I am posting pictures. Unfortunately I’m only allowed to post eight of them.

There was plenty of parking available in their parking garage. It was a little expensive I felt. I didn't realize you could just use the surrounding parking areas for free since the hotel is near a shopping area. Breakfast was average but enjoyable. The room was nice although there wasn't any bedding for the sofa bed and they were short on towels. We grabbed extra towels from the pool area and made do with that. There were also others in the lobby asking for bedding for their rooms. They provided us with a sheet only. The staff was really nice a friendly and did their best to accommodate us. I also liked the location. We were close to everything: shopping and dining. Overall, I would probably stay here again. Not enough supplies available for our stay. No towels or bedding for sofa bed. They said they had a housekeeping shortage

The room smelled really bad. We checked in really late and had to leave back out to get Lysol and freshener to get through the night.

Clean Paid parking, not even secured. Ice machine on seperate floor. Located far away from restaurants and gas stations. Getting in and out of the garage was a hassle. AC in the room sucked.

Location 1. During the entire 3 nights which we stayed, our room was never cleaned. 2. We informed the staff who checked us in that we didn't have a car but she ended charging us garage/parking fee. 3 weeks later still chasing my refund.

Rooms could have been cleaned better, & only one working elevator when we checked in.

Ten days of lodging and they only cleaned the room once; I had to take the trash out of the room three times.

Not enough staff to accommodate customers checking in and out. When I arrived my room was not available. They told me they had to clean a room and then that room was given to someone else. I wasn’t able to get checked in until 20 minutes after my scheduled time. The sofa couch was nasty, it had stains all over it and it smelled bad. The bottom of the bed along the baseboard was dirty. If you have a pet there is no where for your pet to go outside. The parking lot cost $33.00 a day and it is very small and not big enough to accommodate the guest. I asked to be switched to another room that was clean and they could not accommodate me. There were large spiders in the bathroom. The staff was nice but seem overwhelmed. I expected better for the area I was in and the amount of money I spent for this horrible experience.
