Very helpful staff and clean rooms. Convenient location with groceries, dining and shopping all within walking distance. Breakfast was sufficient, we would have like a few more hot food options. Swimming pool and hot tub were nice and clean although the hot tub is tiny. Would visit and stay again.

The staff were all really nice and helpful and the front desk manager Justin went above and beyond to help when we had a car issue. The hotel is well located. The only things that were a bit lacking was that our mattresses were pretty worn and the breakfast was pretty lackluster.

Room was very clean and no carpet! Staff incredibly friendly! Great value for location and amenities in the room. Free parking! Indoor pool and whirlpool was nice as i recently blew out my knee so the whirlpool was comforting. Breakfast was sufficient and fortunately they had hard boiled eggs, plain and flavored yogurt and wonderful blueberry and strawberry compote but fresh no sugar!

Great water pressure. Fridge worked well & had separate freezer which was great (travel ice packs!). In 2 queen room, one bed good & one dilapidated. Staff responsive.

Eclectic hotel with charm and a friendly staff. Room and bed were comfortable and nice to have a grocery store across the street. Close to downtown.

The staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable Breakfast was pretty slim for the price point

This hotel is family owned and operated. It is charming and sweet and full of thoughtful touches - there is a library and Shakespeare memorabilia everywhere. The hotel is very dog friendly with a little "dog park" in the parking lot with poop bags and grass and benches. The breakfast is great for a complimentary hotel breakfast - Greek yogurt, granola, good coffee and steel cut oats. Yum! The beds are comfortable and water pressure is good (and hot). You can walk to "downtown", the theaters and restaurants easily. There is some deferred maintenance but it is cosmetic and it added to the charm.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms seemed recently renovated and comfortable. Breakfast was a good Continental breakfast of yogurt, oatmeal and toast- very healthy. It was an easy walk to Main St., about 10 .minutes to the Shakespeare Festival. The hotel was perfect for our needs..

When I first arrived, I thought it would have a rustic Shakespearean type atmosphere but, it was just was old and dated. When we went to the breakfast area, as I looked out the window, I could see fingerprints and smudges all over the window. It was quite dirty. The lady that worked in the dining area was wonderful, a very nice person. Thank goodness, my wife spilled her water on the carpet. Thank goodness because the carpet was so dirty, when they cleaned it, it was probably the first time since Bill Shakespeare himself had cleaned it.

Location was perfect for walking to downtown. Room and entire hotel was clean; staff was pleasant, friendly and very accomodating. Loved that there was seating areas outside to enjoy the weather. Breakfast had a good variety and was well tended to. Thank you Stratford Inn staff!
