The Windsor Boutique Hotel

This is an amazingly beautiful hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything you need is here. There’s free coffee, tea, bottled water, sodas, snacks, etc. down stairs, and coffee in your room. My room was beautifully decorated. I had a free bottle of wine waiting for me, comfy robes and towels in the closet, a new package of coffee in the kitchen, and coasters exactly where I needed them. The flow from the shower head was a good flow. If I come back to Asheville, I will book again . Why mess with perfection? This hotel is perfect!

First, there is no blocked off space to check-in but a bus stop. Then when trying to get into the buildings the door is locked and no one is at the front desk that you can see through the windows. Wait and wait. Finally get in and there is no valet to help with our bags. We did everything. The room was okay. In hindsight, we would have been better off at a Hampton Inn at a much cheaper price. I feel like the 9.7 rating was not legit. No way. The street is very hustle bustle which some may like but not us. FINALLY, there is no parking in their lot bc of a market happening the next day. Parking deck is two blocks away!! Street parking is an option only IF you can find a spot.

Never been there before . It was tight where we wanted to be. Walking distance to everything. We did go up to the mountains from there. Short drive. We were texted by the staff with updates . Very nice people.

Perfect stay for my sister and I! Downtown close to everything. Hotel had wonderful service and atmosphere! Small and quaint! Bed was very comfortable!! Having a small kitchen and washer and dryer were very helpful! The bottled water, coffee and snacks were unexpected delights!!

Great location The AC unit can not function properly, was miserable under heat and high humidity and it got loud noises Floors were astray and standing on it felt dizzy Sofa bed was completely uncomfortable and dusty

The Windsor Hotel was simply stunning!! It exceeded our expectations. The decor and the comfort was well appointed. A home away from home for sure!!! The staff were all friendly and accommodating. I absolutely loved every single moment of our stay. The location and availability to shops and restaurants was awesome!! Thank you Windsor Hotel and staff for a wonderful experience.

Classy downtown hotel.

Lovely staff, beautiful building and great location. The ONLY slight negative was the pull out mattress while big, was very uncomfortable and thin.

Everything was perfect! From the moment we arrived, staff greeted us and were so warm and friendly! The hotel is gorgeous! Our room-phenomenal! We will stay here for our future trips to the mountains! Perfect location, perfect place! Thank you to the staff again!! Nothing!

Great stay. Lots of character. Plenty of room . Well appointed kitchen with full size appliances. Great location to walk to restaurants. Definitely staying here again.

We always stay at the Windsor in Asheville. The rooms and space with kids cannot be beat!
