Very clean, nice property. 5 stars.

We stayed in one of the kitchenette suites. The kitchen area surfaces had greasy film and dust accumulation. There was old food splatter on walls. It just wasn't clean.

Front desk are horrible and rude. Never coming back again.

Bad customer service.

The room was nice and overall it’s a convenient spot to stay while in Ann Arbor.

It's a reasonable property for stay. Do not have great expectations, just a place to stay.

Wonderful place to stay at a reasonable price.

Our room had everything you could need. We were just staying there as a mid-point to our drive. This hotel was close the Matthaei Botanical Gardens and we toured their amazing Bonsai garden!

The price isn’t bad for location however you need to ask for cookware from front desk for the kitchen amenities. Worst part would probably be 4 out of service washers leaving 2 available overall and the one being covered in mold inside.

The driveway to the property was in a very bad shape. There were deep holes in the pavement. The location of the hotel was excellent for us. It was close to a highway 94 and there were many restaurants within walking distance.

The only thing I found kind of odd,there was only one trash can.

Good and clean maintenance

Some of this was bad timing. Here is what they could do better: 1. put a bell or pager on the front desk. It isn't our job to hunt down the help. 2. make sure the bedding is in the room for the sofa bed. 3. add more coffee pods to the coffee maker, or make them available at the desk. 4. if the pot holes are on the property, fill them.

Great location and price. No breakfast, but that was advertised.

Staff is very nice. Property is well maintained and clean, they just renovated, I would love if they had a pool but everything else about this place is excellent. I have stayed before and will stay again. Full kitchen

Hallway and lobby look updated, rooms are pretty outdated but clean. Lots of rust on fixtures in bathroom, sink had very low water pressure, carpet was a little sticky. Bed was comfy and loved the larger kitchen. Unfortunately on my second night there was a power outage so a bunch of things were down and unusable. Large potholes going into the parking lot.
