I stayed for two nights and was a bit disappointed. The front desk staff was somewhat friendly but not very welcoming. The room didn’t feel properly clean, and it wasn’t refreshed on the second day, which I really expected. Overall, the experience fell short of what I hoped for.

Rust in the bathtub, hair in bed. Poor breakfast choices: no fruits or yogurt on first day, second day only few apples and one kind of yogurt. Coffee not replenished on time. Overall, the hotel was not worth $200 per night.

Very clean and the bed was pretty comfy! The housekeeper Rodney was exceptionally helpful!! And personality plus!!!! The only complaint I have is that the comforter/ duvet was way too heavy for me!!!

The hotel was convenient to shopping and walkable to campus (with good walking shoes on!). The front desk staff were all very helpful and accommodating. My husband had a medical procedure at the hospital in the morning and they allowed us to reserve some of the waffle batter in our mini fridge & use the waffle iron after he got back (waffles are his favorite!). Issues with maintenance, for instance the elevator stopped working for a while during our stay, unable to fully shut off the sink in the lobby bathroom, and the pool water seemed suspiciously green-tinged.

This is our 2nd time staying and we enjoyed staying at this location. Close to Umich and is an ideal location.

It was close to Univ of Michigan campus, parking was free, breakfast was included, and the room we were in was very clean and spacious. There was nothing nearby that you could walk to.

The check in was flawless! I was even upgraded free of charge which made me feel special. The room was super clean the staff were really very friendly and the breakfast was amazing with a nice choices! All hotels should aspire to this one!!
