The smell of the lobby was so strong in smelling like chemicals that it made me ill. The room was fine-older and needs to be renovated.

We love this place and stay here every time we are in town for Disneyland. Rooms are so comfortable. The pool is amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Pizza Press is delicious for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

the room was a handicap room so there was no tub. wife could not have a bath and the shower was made for wheelchair use. earwigs in bathroom in morning and a dead spider on floor by my bed in morning. must have been last room for expedia

Recommend candlewood suites which has better pet policies and shower/drain were working in very good condition/well maintained. Parking fee was waived and there were no surpise taxes like pet fee tax, CA tourism tax though am CA resident, etc.

One recommendation would be to update the music at the pool.

Hotel room had a messed up AC , it was very hot. Didn’t accommodate to switch rooms

Easy walking distance to Disneyland. Lots of local restaurants to eat at. Pool and facilities were great. Just a bit dated in the bathroom.

Location is the key. Loved the lemon ice water at the lobby. Perfect for quenching your thirst after the long walks at the park. No breakfast included.

Room was great, beds were so comfy. Only thing was when the AC turned off it would make a loud clunking noise and kept waking us up. If you're a heavy sleeper you could probably sleep through it.

Honestly the entire experience was quite awful particularly the rudeness of the staff members upon our arrival. Will not be staying at this property on our next visits, unfortunately.

Humidity was high in Anaheim during our visit but it actually felt so much higher INSIDE the room. The location was great and staff was friendly, but may reconsider staying here in the future because of the dampness in the room. Although the room was clean, the bed sheets felt damp, clothes ended up feeling damp and the air just felt heavy.

Musty smelling, worn, grungy bathroom. Had a cockroach in the room. Air conditioner in poor location, against the bed so would shut off once the small space it was in was at temp, so entire room wouldn’t cool down enough.
