Grand Legacy At the Park

The staff were great. The room was clean. The property shows its age and there is very little counter space in the bathroom - many of the electric plugs were loose. I found the mattress really hard but overall the room was quiet, safe and in the heat of summer, the AC kept up.

The beds were comfortable and the location was great for visiting the Disney parks. The staff was quick and accommodating when we needed something for the room.

Very disappointed. The lobby was the only nice thing. Booked because it showed the rooms with Disney decor. The rooms looks like a motel 6. Bare walls, pretty much bare everything. My Grandson kept asking how come only the lobby was nice. My expedia said everything was paid for but they still charged me for parking. Man said next time to book with them and the parking will be free. Will not book again.

You guys were WONDERFUL..location staff quick efficient service to rooms ... hope to come back with you again and will tell EVERYONE ABOUT THE HOTEL

Close proximity to Disney gates

I have stayed here at least half a dozen times and I always loved the proximity to the parks. However, this is the first time I've brought a baby here. I let my 13 month old crawl around for less then 15 minutes and her legs, feet, and hands were BLACK! It was disgusting. I would have told the desk but they would have just put us In a different room wasn't clean. I was disgusted. And now my baby has hand foot and mouth disease. I will never stay again.

Pool is kid friendly great for families and they have towels and vests noodles etc. Take advantage of being walking distance to Disneyland entrance I couldn’t do it any other way from now on!

This is a great location if you want to go to the parks. It’s a little noisy but we would stay there again. The price was $1000 less for our 5 night stay than a hotel a block down. They charge $22 a night for parking. The water pressure was great and the water was hot. Great location, 8 minutes walk to the park. Staff responded to any request. Clean room. Would stay again if going to parks.

The staff was nice and we had a great room with a view

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was so kind and welcoming- slushies! Iykyk Our bathtub was a little dirty and when we ran hot water in the sink it smelled like sulfur. Other than that, it was enjoyable.

This is usually our go-to spot to stay. Staff is always great. We got lucky and got to check in early. Our room was in the corner and was a little weird placement, but overall it was fine. We didn't use the amenities, since we spent our time at the park. Overall, no real issues. The bed was uncomfortable.

For an inexpensive location close to Disneyland this was a great option.

the staff for the most part were great up until when my family and I got to the roof top restaurant. It was in the afternoon when we arrived at the restaurant, when we exited the elevator we received one of the most disgusted looks ive ever received. Like i said before, all of the other staff members were great but not the staff members that were working at the restaurant.

When checking out I told them I had a complaint. I said the fan vent dropped from the ceiling onto the toilet and almost hit my grand daughter. (it was pretty heavy) Staff at desk asked is anyone hurt I said no then they said we will let maintenance know and if that’s all then thanks for checking out. Was not rude but I received no apology or anything to make up for it. Our second time staying there and kind of rethinking of going back.

The room was clean and staff was wonderful. To be honest the original room we were in it was GROSS. My husband and children were covered in bug bites and we found cockroaches in the room. When we brought one into the office they quickly checked the room and moved us to a new one our last night there. The original room was disappointing but it worked out. Thank you Dora for being wonderful and getting us taken care of!

100% recommend staying at this hotel. The kids loved it, we loved it, would stay again.

It was a great place to stay and a great location. The only draw back was that walk to the room in the back of the resort, behind the pool

Only had one set of towels for two people in our room when we arrived. Waited for coffee in lobby for 20 minutes and gave up went back to room and made room coffee.

The room was very clean. towels and garbage changed daily. I think you have to ask for new bed linens.

Great place to stay, walking distance to so many eateries, pharmacy, and theme park. Beds a little too firm, but that's personal preference. I wish TV was streaming capable, would be nice to log in to streaming services to watch movies. Overall, great hotel, would stay again.
