I was planning on going to Disneyland however I got really sick with a bad case of the flu and the staff was very helpful to me

Had a hard time opening the room door after swiping the room card key. The door handle lever would not open easily. You either had to lift the handle up or down and push hard on the door to open.

Always great. The only thing this time the seal under the door has a rip and bugs can get in so I had to roll up a towel to use it as a seal. Other than that always great.

There is continuous noise from the surrounding occupants - ice cream parlor, apartments, street work.

Nice place to stay

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good to start your day. Close to a restaurant and shops. I will definitely comeback to this hotel.

I loved how close it was to Disney.. made it real easy to get there and not have to drive far that early in the morning or tired from all that walking and having to drive forever to get back to the hotel.. I had an easy and quick check in and the lady (forgot her name) was super helpful with some first aid stuff I needed for my girl.. over all great stay… parking fills up quick but the parking lot was big enough to accommodate every room.. I will recommend the place to folks going to Disney for sure but even in general if whatever they are doing is relatively close …

One of my two beds headboards was broke. My coffee maker didn’t work and when I came back at 11 at night. my electricity was off the rest of the night.

Property itself was great! Our only complaint was the noise level from the street, which the property had no control over.

Bed was comfortable enough, but the sofa in the room had two cigarette burn holes in it, and the rolling chair at the desk had many stains on it. Both room keys stopped working on my third night. One key was in the room for the length of stay, and one was with me, but both stopped working. The front desk staff told me there was nothing wrong with the keys, and would have maintenance check the door. Maintenance was able to open the door with their universal fob, and said the problem was with my key. Breakfast was the best thing about staying here - the make your own waffles were good.

Our stay was excellent. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean. The kids had so much fun in the pool. Location is great and within walking distance to many restaurants. Breakfast was good with a good assortment of food. The only downside is the street noise but that’s hard to avoid in such a busy area. Great value for the price!

It’s an older hotel but very clean and the staff was awesome!! The breakfast bar was tops!! Lots to pick from!!

WARNING CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!DONT COME HERE unless you want your room deposit taken. They make up any lie and then start charging your credit card without your permission! After I checked out they tried to charge my credit card insane amounts of money $200, $150 and then are refusing to return my room deposit. I left them an absolutely clean room no garbage. Also to add the lights went out in my room for 2 hrs they couldn’t fix it, ridiculous my son has special needs and his milk and chicken nuggets went bad! Shame on them I do not recommend you coming here. I will never return. I checked in aug 5 thru august 10 2026. Worst mistake ever. Wish I knew before I came that they were going to steal my $100 room deposit I need for my autistic sons and my other kids groceries. Disgusting!!!
