In a good location

Check in/out was quick, all staff I met were nice. Room was very nice for the price of the hotel. Seems it was remodeled not long ago. Cold AC and comfy beds!
-
The room was very clean and updated. The OC public bus stop is right in front of property, very easy and affordable to get to Disneyland.
-
Location close to Disney. Wish bathroom towels were a bit thicker & room could use some touch ups. Our bathroom door would jam so you had to be a bit forceful with it to open.

The rooms are clean. The staff is fairly decent. Does have air-conditioning and free parking. When parking is available...can get crowded and makes parking difficulties, but definitely a value. You can walk to the park, but it is a long walk.. especially if you’re walking at 11 o’clock at night after all day at the park

I used to love coming to this hotel with my family, but then they blacklisted me and never gave me a reason why. My family and I would always clean are room but I guess this is what they want.

Dirty.

Great air conditioning overall but this place felt more like a glorified locker room.

You pay what you get for. The parking is really limited and the spaces are tight. The property has a dilapidated look and several AC units were leaking. I had a double queen room when I stayed. The room itself seemed clean but there was the very very bare minimum. There were no hand towels in the bathroom, and only a shelf unit for my suitcase. There was a nice desk and chair. Unfortunately, the ice bucket didn’t have a liner, the bathroom had several rusting pieces of metal. It was worth it for the price and the bed for two nights. However, I will most likely not stay here again.

Great for dis ey

Spacious room but many cosmetics flaws inside the room. Also beware of residing on the 1st floor as the floors are thin and can hear everything from above on the 2nd floor.

Our 2nd time staying here and for the price it is very worth it. It is clean and comfortable, not to mention free parking! We stay here when we go to Disney, the walk to toy story parking is not bad at all. Nice hotel for the price

The staff was helpful Filthy and smelled like urine. The ac didn’t work and there were bugs in the bathroom.

We stayed at the Magnolia Tree Hotel for five nights and unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The moment we entered our room, we were disgusted. There were cockroaches outside the door, the floors were extremely dirty/sticky, and dust everywhere. The sheets and pillows had stains on them, black markings all over the walls. There was hair all over the bathroom. The bed itself felt damp every time I sat or lay down, which was an absolutely disgusting feeling. The bathroom was in terrible condition. There was no counter space, and the walk-in shower was poorly designed. The smell in the room was unbearable. The entire room constantly smelled like sewage and feces. The towel situation was completely unacceptable. After our first night, around 8:00am, I went to the front desk because we had used the two very thin towels provided in the room. I was told by the man at the front desk that there were “no towels available” because they needed to do laundry. I returned after 1:00pm and was still told that I could not get towels. My husband questioned how it could be impossible for a hotel to provide towels to its guests, and only then were we finally given two more thin towels. Parking is included, extremely tight spaces. What bothered us even more was the handling of the Do Not Disturb sign. We put the sign on our door for the remainder of our stay, yet someone entered our room anyway. I wrote a more detailed google review. Stay Elsewhere!
