I was able to get some really good sleep! No complaints.

I had an alergic reaction to somthing in the room. I checked out within an hour. The lady at the desk or window said the deposit would be refunded. The next day not only was the deposit not refunded but the full amount for the 3 night stay was charged in addition to it. $275. for 30 min. So now I have to wait 10 working days to find out what the property is willing to do. So you asked?

One. Feeling unsafe: the doors showed extreme signs of weakness and rotting, which would probably allow anyone to get in if they really wanted to. Two. Dirty rooms: turn on the floors, rusted and grimy plumbing, and obvious signs of disrepair. The knobs on the stove did not even work. Three. Antagonistic staff: I was actually yelled at by one of the staff members for parking in the wrong place, in spite of there being no sign in or anything at all to indicate that this was a reserved space. Of all the places to lodge in Albuquerque, this is clearly the worst. They should never even list on any website.

The area I was staying at was quite a experience. Being outta of state, this place will show you the New Mexico experience. That said, some things need to be address. Some outlets, the phone, a/c being too loud & uncovered, and the phone is not working. Typically, I'm not person complain but I wanted water to drink and paper towels. None were available unless you go somewhere else to get it. And why is the second entry blocked. These compunding issue makes this a stay that is not really welcoming to people out of state.

There was a bunch of drug users all around the place and all hours of the night. We booked for 5 people and no towels to shower and no toilet paper. Front desk and house keeping were not available to request. Shower leaked out into kitchen area. Bed comforters were stained and looked grungy. Air conditioner did not work and it's the middle of August. Was not pleased what so ever in any type of way. I will never go to this place again.

Our room was clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s generally pretty quiet here and they allow your pets. The front desk. Ladies are fantastic and the security is very professional. Cece the housekeeper is amazing.

Nothing really Cramped no space parking lot cluttered, A lot of riff raff.

Clean, quiet, has everything needed to make a nice dinner. Even a stove in the room, hotel provides cooking pot and pans. Sprouts right up the road for groceries, full size refrigerator in room. Very nice.
