We had a great stay. One of the only places where they provide free coffee, snacks and bottles of water. We needed an extra blanket. All we had to do a send a text and it was at our room in less than 10 minutes. Loved having a balcony. We couldn’t use the pool due to bad weather. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Shower clogged, had a slight unpleasant smell in the room, parking lot was full had to park further away and door was very squeaky when opening

It was cute. The property is worn. Buckled carpets. Indoor/outdoor pool cool, but way too hot to enjoy. Exercise room way out of date, hot. Old. Restaurant on site was ok. Bar ok. Could not make many drinks due to lack of ingredients.

Clean room nice staff pool was cold hot tub was nice price is reasonable

The la dry room was horrible, not only the space but the machines they barely held any clothes. And DIDNT a clean at all! The worst was that our a/c window unit broke, they couldn’t switch a room since they were full and we slept or tried to in a very very hot room. The room was also very dusty (like months without cleaning dusty) So yes, place great idea to have artists. Staff great but that was about it. Also we could smell pot almost always on the hallways.

room was very dusty. mattress was too small for metal bed frames. very dangerous getting in and out of beds especially for us seniors. i was not happy i was not allowed to take drinks back to the room from bar. the hotel itself was very pretty and loved all the artifacts. proximity to airport was important.

Love that each room and done different and have individual balcony

First time staying. It was nice clean and had a rustic Midwest vibe with the Zuni themes and what not. I enjoyed the pool a lot on a hot albuquerque day!

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Nativo. Close to the highway and many shops. Quick drive to a lovely morning hike. Pool is a little small but has a cool indoor outdoor feature and our kids had lots of fun. Rooms were not super fancy but a good value for the price which was very reasonable. We stayed in the artist rooms which were cool (each one very unique!) but I kinda wished we had chosen the mountain view. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Depending on my travel plans I would definitely consider staying here again.

We definitely wont be staying here again. Rooms were dirty. We actually had to get our rooms changed because the 1st room we stayed in was not clean. Spider webs hanging, remote had gunk all over buttons, floors were greasy and dirty, hair in the bathroom, beds were to soft and it didnt have fitted sheets on the mattress, just a flat sheet, so sleeping in the bed the sheet kept moving around. It got really hot in our room. Rooms was dusty and in our 2nd room the carpets were not vacuumed. Its also loud at night from street cars driving fast on i-25 at night.

The pool was fantastic, the food was okay and the rooms were artsy.

This hotel is wonderfully decorated and inviting. It’s in a multi highway area but was quiet. My room could use some updating and more pictures but this was more than balanced out by the cheerfulness and helpfulness of the staff. They were great!
-
Blah. Staff weren’t helpful but were rather uppity ndtead of just giving infolation. I’m tired of staff who act as if they’re bored with you.

Had a good time at this property

We had issues with the AC on the first night. On the 2nd night I mentioned it to the desk clerk and the maintenance staff correct the problem promptly. The indoor/outdoor pool was delightful and I had it all to myself. Not much of a breakfast, but we were pretty full with all the surrounding dining choices. For the price, it was good value.

Endef having to go out for breakfast nearby but accommodating in room change.

Convenient location just outside of downtown and close to Sandia Peak tramway

Exceptional

Nothing worked quite right in my room. The remote, the outlets, the coffee maker. Things felt worn and I’ll maintained.

Was amazing and great staff
